It's important for a criminal case to be filed but whether or not prosecutors will take to the case to trial is outside the control of the victim. Prosecutors don't like to go to trial if they don't have a good chance of winning. Suing someone who sexually abused you is easy to do if they have plead guilty. As far as a nondisclosure agreement, not sure which route is best. I support all victims and don't give a rat's ass what side of the political isle any pervert is on - I only want justice and for the sex offender to be found out, exposed and stopped.

If you’re condemning a young girl (thirteen!) for not taking a group of rich and connected child predators to court over what’s already an extremely traumatic and sensitive issue, then you can go fuck yourself, OP. Most grown up women choose not to go through the trauma of going to court because instead of the man being put on trial, their own personal dating, sex life and style of dress are put on trial. Most women don't want to go through defending themselves and reliving the events by talking about them.

In the case of Katie there was no one exposing the entire Epstein sex trafficking set up, it would have been a 14 year old girl challenging grown men in court. It would have been like dogs tearing apart raw meat, they would have said and done everything possible to destroy her.
