The surviving sister worked with George on a trust he established and so it would seem likely that after she dies her half will also go to charity. Anselmo was George's true love, but he also seemed to be very grounded (and sober) when he was with Kenny Goss. After that relationship ended, he just spiraled into a mess.

I think he thought if he were the top selling artist in the world it would put him in an unreachable place. Imagine the shock it must have been after Anselmo died followed by his mom's death only a few years later. I have to wonder if George thought these deaths were the price he had to pay for achieving his goal. I remember he made the comment he thought his mom's death was maybe because he didn't appreciate his musical gifts enough.

The other thing that stands out is George seems to have needed someone else to keep him stable. It's like he had a missing element to his psyche that had to come from an outside source to stabilize. I don't think Fadi had much influence in this area. I think Kenny had more of a stabilizing input. George did himself in with the delusion that he could do a lot of drugs and not pay a heavy price for it. Certainly his addiction to sex with strangers didn't help any. If he loved Kenny then why would he leave him at home while he went out to have sex in a public toilet somewhere? It just wasn't healthy so not surprising it ended in his early death.
