Looks like he had a cleft palate or some surgery on his upper lip area. He looks good - but there are a lot of caveats - that's clearly a wig, he has a lot of botox, the black glasses are hiding some of the wrinkles/other lines.

Personally, I think it's gross to try and look like a twink when you're 53. The point of botox and maintenance is too look like a good version of your mature self - to try and look 20 years younger is a mistake and is never successful.

I have an uncle who is 62 but looks mid-late 40s...because he has Dave Barry syndrome and has always looked much younger than he is.

I remember seeing a photo of him holding me when I was a baby and thinking "who is that teenager and them realizing it was Uncle Scott who was about 25 or 26 at the time, but looked 16.

And he does not particularly take care of his skin--he's athletic so he's lean, but he tans and he runs outside a lot, drinks (not to excess, but he does drink), etc.

One of his daughters (my cousin) has those genes too.

Its a very rare 50something that can look 20something without fucking it up, and even Chuando Tan is still more 30something. And Chuando is super hot.

When you're no longer a twink, you can't go back. Its flatly impossible. There will always be some irreversible quality. But (become and) stay a hunk? Much more possible, for longer (until even 50s or 60s).
