Once Madge dies, Lourdes will have an incredible amount of inherited wealth as well as the money coming in from Madonna's back catalog and archival releases which I'm sure they'll pump out frequently.

I get the impression that Lourdes might have found it difficult to have her own identity as an artist that is not tied, in some way, to her mother. Madonna is a narcissist. She's not the type to quietly sit back in the background while her daughter gets all the attention - either as a singer, actor, or whatever. But Lourdes does give me the impression - since she attended LaGuardia High School, and then studied dance in college, that she is a creative person and an artist in her own right, but knows it can't or won't be her own thing with a mother like Madonna. And now she is stuck because she wasn't made for the 9 to 5 world.

L is hollow-eyed and bored because every interest she's had her mother has co-opted and taken away from her. She probably doesn't have a core self or any apparatus left to form interests that she owns, and pursue them. Lourdes went to college in Michigan, same school as Madonna. Madonna never got a degree. It looks like Lourdes may have gotten a degree in that she was there for 4 years. I think Madonna wanted each of her children to be as focused and driven as she (Madonna) was. I think it would have been impossible for any of her children to recreate M's rags to riches story.

Looks-wise, reminds me of a young Heidi Fleiss. I do think Lourdes is good-looking.

She has other interests too, like fashion design, dance, and art, so I don't think her desire is to be the next Kendall Jenner.

My sister went to school w her (College) and they would hang in same circle. Loures is VERY VERY VERY nice and down to earth. Not to endorse anorexic beauty standards, but when LL has been about 20-30 pounds lighter than in these beach photos, she is amazing-looking, very offbeat and unusual beauty perfect for the arty/edgy shoots, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, the artier fashion mags, etc, I know it's stodgy and boojhie, but I disapprove of her not finishing college.
