So fucked up. Pissed because I'm an ANW fan & rooted for him for years. Oh well, fuck him. Plenty of other ANW competitors to support.

R3, even though I haven't watched the show in a while, his face is really familiar. I think I saw him on the show and I rooted for him too. There's like a 0% chance he's innocent too--the fact that the mom confronted him is just damning.

R4, he was pretty much *the* face of ANW the past few seasons. In 11 aired sessions, only three competitors completed the entire finals course, & the last winner was four seasons ago, until Dreschel finally won last August. He's literally their star. He was my favorite competitor until today. The fact that he runs his own (very popular) Ninja Warrior gym, has LOTS of kids there, & also worked with kids on ANW Junior is unsettling, I'm afraid of the stories we're going to hear in the coming weeks.

R5, wow. I had no idea. I wonder if the show will go on now? This cannot look to good for them.

He's been on multiple episodes of ANW, R4, and those are repeated often.

Drechsel became a father late last year. There were loving photos on one of the “ANW” sites, but they’re gone now.

Apparently Drew had been dating his girlfriend when she was a teenager and the show was always supporting and advertising the relationship, albeit, she was of age when he was on the show. But still. The grooming was in plain sight.

Is Brett Stephenson still on the show? He hadn't done well for several years, and I stopped watching a couple of years ago.

He's an idiot. A Trumpturd, and dumb as a box of rocks, but they used to make him out to be this great guy on the show.

OMG r22, you weren't kidding. He also sounds like a piece of shit. Like Drew, never liked him and I hated how the show spent so much time on him and his annoying ex-girlfriend.

Yeah, I used to see them around town here in San Antonio. He always looked familiar to me, like I knew him from somewhere, but I could never place him. I thought maybe I'd seen him at the gym or something, or that maybe he'd been a patient of mine. Then one day at Sprouts I overheard the girlfriend talking to the checkout clerk about ANW, and it clicked. (Note: she looked and sounded about 12 at the time, way younger than her actual age...so I wouldn't be surprised if it comes out that Brett is a babyfucker like his buddy Drew.)

So I followed him on Facebook, and he seemed OK for a while, then he started in on the conservative bullshit. But not smart, thoughtful conservatism, just the basic "derp derp libtards suck, heh heh" shit, so I unfollowed him. He was never one of my favorites anyway.

In the end, the show is just too much of a time investment, and it becomes mind-numbingly repetitive...even tho some of the guys are pretty hot!

Agree on the recent posts — I stopped watching the show because it became so repetitive. And with the exception of Flip Rodriguez, most of the guys the show championed (Dreschel with his jacked teeth, boring Steffensen, smug Joe Weatherman) were SO DULL!

Agree with r25. I like Flip. He's the only veteran I like on the show.
