Apparently the asshole is named Austin Addison and worked at Harbor Freight and lives in Pennsylvania. He had a Facebook but he deleted it. He was caught on camera and so was his license plate such that he was identified and arrested for assaulting a minor.

I am so not surprised at this. Pass Calabasas into Agoura Hills and the hellhole known as Simi Valley and you run into many right wing idiots and Harbor Freight is notorious for hiring these types. It is so bad that Equinox tried opening a gym in Westlake Village, a few minutes from Calabasas but with guys like this one, not even Calabasas idiots will go there and prefer to put up with traffic to get to a more liberal location.

One case involved a dick like this one who kept trying to impress the young female trainers doing reception duty while not training. He kept insisting that she validate his buddy's parking ticket (who wasn't a member or with him) and when she politely said she couldn't he threw his car keys in her face leaving a gash in her cheek. He was immediately escorted out by security and the cops were called. Dumbass probably thought she would be impressed by his roided body and shrivelled dick.

Apparently he's getting charged with criminal mischief and harassment. Why isn't he getting charged with assault?
