I want to take a nap, should I take melatonin?

I’m not getting good sleep. I was up late last night watching porn, naked men, etc. Abd then I got up early in the morning and did it again. I am obsessed with men.

And I think I’m having a tension headache or something. There is pressure in the back of my head. My neck is stiff and hurts a bit. I don’t feel well and I am a bit lightheaded. I was thinking a shower might help but I don’t have the motivation or energy.

Anyway it’s possible this is being caused because I am not getting enough sleep. And I am in bed 24/7 on my device looking at men, porn, playing video games, etc.

Melatonin works best when your sleep patterns have been disrupted -dealing with jet lag, etc. Get some physical exercise before you lie down, make sure the room is dark, and have some soft music playing.

The sexual excitement can also contribute to this. You're pumping your body with adrenaline and cortisol. Stay away from the porn or anything arousing - drama or violence or games. Watch relaxing stuff and shut off the computer for an hour before you go to sleep. Also turn the lights low for 2-3 hours before going to sleep.
