I was barely paying attention, but it's nothing serious, and as with most things the adverse side effects (fatigue, noticeably yellow tint to the skin) can be helped greatly or eradicated entirely by improving your diet. People with Gilbert's syndrome have the potential to have elevated levels of bilirubin in the blood, most of which is usually excreted through the kidney. Read all about it here;
