If it's a restaurant advertising culturally authentic cuisine, then yes. If I'm going to a restaurant that serves soul food, then African American owners might be considered a bonus, but otherwise no.

I think it's a double-edged sword, as it could invite just as many malicious acts as benevolent ones. Nobody wants to attract vandals and trouble makers to the businesses they worked so hard for.
