Nasty assed coffee there!
They just can't compete with Krispy Kreme and Winchell's.

Dunkin' Donuts coffee is decent. Not great but certainly not bad or nasty. Especially for the price. If it's you're only good alternative for coffee in a hurry, it's fine.
Starbucks makes crappy coffee and you're paying a premium for it. No true coffee lover goes to Starbucks. Most of their customers want sugary flavored coffees.

No true coffee lover goes to Dumpin' either. I'd rather drink shitty Extended Stay motel coffee than that dreck.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | July 31, 2020 6:56 PM |
I agree that Dunkin is not the intended destination of coffee lovers. But it will do for $1.59 small coffee.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | July 31, 2020 7:14 PM |
Well, their donuts are crap.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | July 31, 2020 7:16 PM |
Shit donuts shit coffee disgusting iced tea. Close em up and go to Krispy Kreme.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | July 31, 2020 7:19 PM |
Krispy Kreme is the superior donut. Sorry.

OP I'm sure all the people losing their jobs will appreciate your comment.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | July 31, 2020 7:22 PM |
I’m OP. I got it from the news, fuck-face. I’m sure they all know it and know how nasty the coffee is there!
by Anonymous | reply 11 | July 31, 2020 7:25 PM |
Their donuts were crap in recent years, but I agree with R2 regarding the coffee. Also it's a lot easier where I live to find a DD with outlets to do some work, whereas most of the Starbucks took theirs out. Fuck Starbucks.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | July 31, 2020 7:25 PM |
I will miss their coffee rolls (not the weak coffee). Oh well, one less temptation👍
by Anonymous | reply 13 | July 31, 2020 7:26 PM |
Dunkin Donuts it's NOT worth the trip
by Anonymous | reply 14 | July 31, 2020 7:26 PM |

by Anonymous | reply 15 | July 31, 2020 7:28 PM |
I worked at Dunkin as a teenager in 1972, they made all of their donuts fresh. They were the best back then.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | July 31, 2020 7:28 PM |
My mouth and ass are worth the trip, r14.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | July 31, 2020 7:29 PM |
Oh my, r14.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | July 31, 2020 7:29 PM |

R21, you’re cute and witty!

This is a true story. So when all the rioting was happening here, the Dunkin near me on Lexington Avenue had its window smashed in. We felt just terrible, and vowed to give them our business, which we had never done before. I went in and stood for five minutes, not exaggerating, while the man behind the counter stood talking on his cell phone. We made eye contact several times, and I pointed at the menu sign overhead to indicate that I wanted to order. He finally hung up and then they didn’t even have the cold brew I waited for. $4.72 and seven minutes later, I left, drinking some nasty watery coffee. They didn’t have half and half, either.
My partner had a similar experience, where he and another customer were ignored while the counter person filled “online orders” in the back.
Fuck that place.

R23, did you utter, “Well I never in all my life!” as you flounced out the door?
by Anonymous | reply 24 | July 31, 2020 8:31 PM |
DD is mainly an east coast thing, right? I live in Nevada and I don't think I've seen them out here.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | July 31, 2020 8:35 PM |
Surprised at all the hate. New Englanders seem to love DD. There are so many of them you can sometimes see nearby DD from the parking lot of one of their stores. I guess there are a lot of redundant locations out there.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | July 31, 2020 8:48 PM |
Oh, no! Where will I go to get warm brown water now?

In my area, there are about 20 Dunkin Donut stores within five miles. And as many Starbucks. But there's just one Krispy Kreme within 35 miles of me.

r25 There have been Dunkins in Vegas for years. They only started to come into California in the past few years.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | July 31, 2020 9:09 PM |
Thanks R31, I'm up in Reno and haven't noticed any here.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | July 31, 2020 9:25 PM |
Two locations in Reno:
Inside Walmart on W. 7th st., and 435 Sparks Blvd. in Sparks.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | July 31, 2020 9:45 PM |
R33 Probably why I hadn't seen them, I try to avoid Walmart whenever possible and I only go to Sparks for the occasional trip to Lowe's

R26, I’m from CT and used to work in one as a summer job in HS, 35 years ago. It’s no good anymore. The donuts don’t taste the same, and neither does the coffee.
And I’m sorry to say, the ones near me in the city are staffed by rude Asian men. I’d rather give my $5 to Starbucks. The baristas are nice at least when they take your money.
