Which is pretty much the purview of the National Review this millennium.

Cancel culture doesn't really work on Republicans. I think in order for people to be truly cancelled they need to actually feel remorse for their actions, or at least be apologetic, and Republicans are neither.
Not to mention cancel culture is almost exclusively saved for people who are actually left leaning, usually women. It's just another way for social justice warriors to shoot themselves and their cause in the foot.

Cotton manages to put the need for slavery AND the quote "All men are created equal" in the same sentence. How much more COTTON-mouthed can Cotton get? Did he think no one but his rabid faithful would read that article? I've got to stop shaking my head or my eyeballs will pop out.

The NYTimes series really triggered alot of deplorables.
That's why Trump said, " MAGA loves black people!"

Why do this clown and so many other Americans have a problem with reconciling our past? The US was based on Manifest Destiny, which said whites/Europeans had the God given right to not only murder and enslave subhuman Native Americans, but import and enslave Africans who were also considered subhuman and force them to work for nothing and torture and murder them if they refused to cooperate. All of it was done in the name of cheap labor, so a few could benefit from the forced labor of many.
Why do so many Americans want to sugar coat the past?

God he is so ugly..I'd love to cold cock him in the face.

I think people have heard enough from him. This was tied with his attempt or pkedge to cut school funding if the NYT's1619 Slavery Project is taught or discussed in public schools.
Isn't it a bit ironic his fucking name happens to be cotton as well?
