Murphy didn't have to wait long.
And just like that Feud: De Havilland vs Fontaine is going to be greenlighted

Have to see if her estate is going to be litigious on her behalf first.

In later years Olivia referred to Joan as the Dragon Lady. No lost love there!

And Murphy needs to cast CZJ of Livvie just out of spite. Renee as Joan.

Elle Fanning as Joan?

fun. Let's see how he fucks up both the casting and the history, and shoehorns in bullshit that is not era correct, to be woke or cute, or because he's a fucking mess.

I'll be playing O de H only as 35 and under!

The Davis/Crawford Feud was great but I guess the resident Milo clones want to slam him for being "woke"

Something I was reading earlier claimed that De Havilland was the source and the cause of the feud in its entirety. That she was insanely jealous of her younger sister and never came to grips with it.

Oh, please. Olivia had Hollywood success long before Joan and Joan never got over it. Then she lucked into that undeserved Oscar first and the stage was set.

Milo troll? that's hilarious. I was talking about his excremental Hollywood nonsense, not Feud, though Murphy took a lot of liberties there, too.
Joan F. was a notorious bitch. She saw a kid while on vacation in Peru, and basically bought her. The girl's name is Martita. She already had a bio daughter, and it sounds like Joan helped them re-enact her sister feud with her sister. Joan was also pissed that the adopted daughter was not more grateful, and refused to speak to Joan for the rest of Joan's life. Joan's bio daughter also no longer spoke to her mother as an adult.

It appears that Joan Fontaine left most of her estate to the Carmel Humane Society. Did she leave any of it to her daughters?
