I know there was at least one child actress from GWTW. Is she still living? What about from The Wizard of Oz? The Women? All 3 from 1939.
Doesn't have to be a starring role.

I'd say Larry Storch is probably the oldest male actor, who is well known. He was born January 8, 1923

Terry Kilburn was a child actor who played Tiny Tim in the 1938 version of A Christmas Carol. He was also in Goodbye, Mr. Chips in 1939 and several other films. He’s still living. He’s gay.

R2, Earl Cameron died this month. Here's a list of movie old-timers who are still around.

There are a few extras alive from The Wizard of Oz who played child munchkins, and Mickey Kuhn, who played Melanie’s son in Gone With the Wind, is still alive. There are two uncredited actresses from The Women who might be living. They played children and are now in their late eighties, and no date of death is listed on IMDb.
Smaller casts without numerous child performers will probably fare poorly, so I doubt there are living performers from Casablanca or The Maltese Falcon. The last surviving cast member from Citizen Kane died at age 100 in 2016.

Virginia Patton, who played Harry Bailey's wife in 'It's a Wonderful Life,' just turned 95. First time I saw this on TV when I was a kid I thought it was Marilyn Monroe, who was only a year younger.

From r7’s link,
Nehemiah Persoff, 100 y.o. Frequent guest star on 60s tv.
Glynis Johns, 96 y.o. Love her in the b/w British films from the 50s that are on YouTube
