R6 she must have hit menopause hard. That tends to thin out womens hair and put on weight and make it harder to lose. That's typically when you see the thickening of the waistlines. It's getting obvious Melania is in menopause now too.

You'd think, since she has no drama from a cheating husband or any other relationship bullshit, she'd look much better, especially for a single carefree woman. Still, she doesn't look bad for 55 years old.
I know young women in their mid-30s who look like shit. These women drink like fish, while dieting relentlessly. They have those skinny Lollipop Head bodies but the faces of a hard living 65 year old who never had plastic surgery! Hot mess.
