Earlier this year he was the victim of scandalmongering by Perez Hilton, who tried to tarnish Tom Daley in a futile attempt to become relevant again by suggesting that a party video showed sinister behavior by Daley with Downs. I know age of consent varies from place to place, in some places there is an age range stipulated for having sex with a 16 year old (can’t be more than three years older,etc.). Since I was thrown by “online hook up” I thought there was actual on camera sex, and I think most places you must be 18 to appear in pornography.
