Yeah I really enjoyed Defending Jacob too. It's the only show that I enjoyed on the Apple streaming channel. I canceled my subscription as soon as it ended.

I enjoyed the second half of The Morning Show also. The first few episodes were terrible.

R6 agreed. The morning show was pretty ridiculous but I enjoyed it for what it was. It got better after the 4th episode. Reese chewing the scenery was fun, and Billy Crudup was HOT as the crazy boss. But I thought Anniston was terrible and she got worse as the show went on. Her crying fits were comical.

R7 I agree about it getting better after episode 4. I was gonna say it got good around episode 5 and then was very good by the finale.

I actually feel Witherspoon was miscast (by her own self). She was playing the fresh faced, small town ingenue learning how to reach the top from an accomplished older Journalist, played by Aniston. Reese is in her 40s. The role should have went to someone in their 20s.

Crudup was fantastic in every scene he was in.

Aniston was great, imho, and this is coming from someone who usually finds her awful. She was quite believable in the role. I loved her during the finale.

I liked that movie Push with Dakota Fanning and lots of other names. Some parts were cheesy, but the premise and the presentation were overall decent to me.

I have free subscription to AppleTV due to my new iPhone and the shows are so bad. Defending Jacob was a bore. Chris and that woman from Downton Abby and the Stanger Things kid had no chemistry. Honestly, his wife could have been his sister based on their vibe. The kid could have been a nephew that the couple was saddled with. Just a miss.

The Morning Show was too many episodes and for the first time, I did not like one of Reece Witherspoon's characters. The show could have been told in 6 episodes. I can't believe how much money Apply was shelving out for that.

Tom Hanks' Greyhound was actually very good! The Bankers was another good movie. I can't think of anyone that would pay for the 5 items in their libary.
