No mugshot, no photos at all from the time of arrest to the court appearance. She's supposedly kept in isolation, but why, so no one can corroborate that she was even there at all? And then there's how long it took before she even showed up as being in the system. It all seems off.

R15, if you read the Vanity Fair article at OP, she was present physically for the hearing in the same room as reporters. Twitter likely has tweets and reporting from reporters actually there.

She does need protection, though. She understands exactly what happened to Epstein. If she hasn't already, she should write out all the information in the presence of her attorney, who could store it safely and then let the powers that be know if anything happens to her, the information will be shared with multiple outlets like the Miami Herald, who broke the stories about the Epstein bogus plea deal. I can't understand why she stayed in the US unless she had reason to believe she would be safe here. That is obviously not the case, so she needs to record what she has now, so that powerful people will not gain by having her murdered.
