Lea Michele Slammed By Former Broadway Co-Star: 'She's A Horrible Human Being'

Craig Ramsay has slammed his co-star Lea Michele for being a “horrible” human being while they were working together on Broadway. Ramsay has joined the growing list of celebrities who have accused Michele of making their lives miserable when they worked with her.

In the latest episode of the “Behind The Velvet Rope with David Yontef” podcast, Ramsay opened up about his own experience with the actress. The star started his statement by saying that he did not want to hear Michele’s name during the interview because she is a “despicable” human being.

Ramsay also revealed that they worked together on a theater production called “Fiddler On The Roof” in the 2000s and that was where he witnessed the real side of the actress.

“I just did not want to hear Lea Michele's name in this interview. At all! I think she is a despicable, horrible human being. I think she has lost touch with reality. We were in 'Fiddler' together,” Ramsay said.

Later in the interview, Ramsay noted that he was present when Michele got the call for “Glee.” He shared that as soon as she got the part in the series, her behavior changed. He claimed that the “Scream Queens” star got an ample amount of “entitlement” after getting the part and moving to Los Angeles. However, he admitted that Michele is undeniably a talented actress.

'I was there when she got the call of, 'I got Glee,' and I think the entitlement just came over her body. She was possessed with this and from that moment on - cause she moved to LA the same moment I did from New York - and I cared for her greatly, but the amount of entitlement. And she is talented, do not get me wrong. She is more talented than the gigs she did the last ten years, but that does not matter if no one wants to work with you,” Ramsay said.

Ramsay’s comments come after a number of Michele’s former “Glee” co-stars called her out on social media. Samantha Marie Ware recently opened up about why she felt the need to call out the actress on Twitter. In an interview with Variety, Ware noted that Michele did not like her from day one and it was very “evident.”

Ware explained that Michele would be quite aggressive with her and would stare at her while she was shooting her scenes. Unaware that she could file a formal complaint, Ware never reported Michele's actions to the network or studio.

Rofl!

The fun never ends.

by Anonymousreply 1July 2, 2020 7:19 PM

Get over it.

by Anonymousreply 2July 2, 2020 7:20 PM

^^ Matthew Morrison - that name sounds familiar ^^

by Anonymousreply 3July 2, 2020 7:21 PM

Who fucking cares? People expect people to get ahead by being nice? That’s not how the world works, Sweeties. Especially not in Hollywood. You think Joan Crawford or Bette Davis got ahead because they were sweet? No, they called their costars “cunts” and sucked cocks! You think Ellen got a show because she rolled over and became the Hollywood Whipping Dyke, no she told people to get fucked and give her what she wanted. The world is not nice and the faster these little Incest Surviving Disney Princesses figure that out the better off they’ll be. They want to create a world where they’ll rule by passive aggressive behavior.

by Anonymousreply 4July 2, 2020 7:24 PM

Cory Monteith dodged a bullet by ODing.

by Anonymousreply 5July 2, 2020 7:26 PM

[quote] and would stare at her while she was shooting her scenes.

Honestly sounds more like mental illness. Was she rocking back, and forth and singing nursery rhymes too?

by Anonymousreply 6July 2, 2020 7:28 PM

[quote]she moved to LA the same moment I did from New York - and I cared for her greatly, but the amount of entitlement.

Translation....she got famous and forgot about me.

by Anonymousreply 7July 2, 2020 7:29 PM

R4 = Jonathan Groff.

by Anonymousreply 8July 2, 2020 7:31 PM

You know what I find most interesting about this whole affair?

Chris Colfer hasn't said one word.

by Anonymousreply 9July 2, 2020 7:32 PM

That was confusing. She always horrible or she only became horrible after she got GLEE? She had a reputation long before she got the gig in GLEE.

by Anonymousreply 10July 2, 2020 7:32 PM

*She was always horrible

by Anonymousreply 11July 2, 2020 7:32 PM

[quote] a theater production called “Fiddler On The Roof”

That sounds interesting. Probably a rarely-performed Hungarian surrealist drama.

by Anonymousreply 12July 2, 2020 7:33 PM

Slammed! Slammed I tell you!

by Anonymousreply 13July 2, 2020 7:34 PM

I hope she’s grateful, this is the most anyone’s talked about her in years.

by Anonymousreply 14July 2, 2020 7:35 PM

I'm no fan of hers, but isn't she pregnant right now? Stress from all this bad press can't be good for the baby.

by Anonymousreply 15July 2, 2020 7:36 PM

Lea flipped A LOT of wigs in her career.

by Anonymousreply 16July 2, 2020 7:37 PM

He baby will deliver itself. Through her chest.

by Anonymousreply 17July 2, 2020 7:37 PM

r9 Doesn't he genuinely hate Glee after Klaine shipper hell? He's probably used alcohol to erase the entire era from his memory.

by Anonymousreply 18July 2, 2020 7:38 PM

Shitwigler strikes again!

by Anonymousreply 19July 2, 2020 7:38 PM

It's a bit rich for actor Craig Ramsay to say "when nobody wants to work with you [as an actor]" when he works in a gym...

by Anonymousreply 20July 2, 2020 7:38 PM

He claims she got worse after she got the Glee gig. Before the call she was a diva bitch and afterwards she was a diva bitch on steroids.

by Anonymousreply 21July 2, 2020 7:39 PM

Who is Craig Ramsay?

by Anonymousreply 22July 2, 2020 7:40 PM

Rosie was nice and she was bigger than Ellen at one point.

by Anonymousreply 25July 2, 2020 7:49 PM

R9 Why he should get himself into this mess? He is not acting anymore and probably there was a lot less backstabbing in the world of writers of children books

by Anonymousreply 26July 2, 2020 7:52 PM

Enid Blyton would cut a bitch.

by Anonymousreply 27July 2, 2020 7:53 PM

Rick Riordan and J.K. Rowling beat me up and took my publishing money.

by Anonymousreply 28July 2, 2020 7:55 PM

R9

I don’t think he liked her either. I think he was one of the cast mates who was laughing at her embarrassing plane incident lol

by Anonymousreply 29July 2, 2020 7:56 PM

I don't think Colfer needs to talk to the press or his fans to promote a project of his at the moment.

by Anonymousreply 30July 2, 2020 7:57 PM

What say you, J.Groff?

by Anonymousreply 31July 2, 2020 7:58 PM

So he didn't have any examples, just saying she was horrible?

I'm thinking he wants attention and decided bashing her would be useful.

by Anonymousreply 32July 2, 2020 8:02 PM

Chris Colfer has shaded her multiple times, like many of her cast mates lmao

R31 He is inteligent enough to not say a thing. In his case his good reputation protects him completely of being slammed for being his friend (if having disgusting friends were a problem everybody will have a problem in Hollywood) and the fact that he is not in social media makes him inmune to any pressure.

by Anonymousreply 35July 2, 2020 8:08 PM

by Anonymousreply 36July 2, 2020 8:13 PM

The way they all laughed recalling Michele being thrown about due to turbulence... There was so much satisfaction in their sound. Real belly laughs.

by Anonymousreply 37July 2, 2020 8:16 PM

Except, r4, her career is dead and nobody wants to work with her. So your premise falls flat on it's face.

by Anonymousreply 38July 2, 2020 8:22 PM

I can't believe this but I'm starting to prefer Wig Shitting Bitch Lea to all these passive idiots who refused to confront her and then only went public during a global crisis, when everyone else was already going after her.

by Anonymousreply 39July 2, 2020 8:25 PM

R38 she hasn't been cancelled for being racist (except by some idiots claiming "microaggressions") so she will survive this. She just needs to lay low for awhile and hire investigators to dig up dirt on everyone bashing her in the press.

by Anonymousreply 40July 2, 2020 8:27 PM

R39

Oh, fuck you and the Lea defenders. She’s just as bad as Camila Cabello. It’s no wonder they always reminded me of each other lol

by Anonymousreply 41July 2, 2020 8:27 PM

R39 To be fair, most o those passive idiots would be fired if they confronted her and probably even they got a bad reputation. She was the star of the show and knew Murphy will back her.

She only needed to avoid to have a bad relationship with Darren Criss (who Murphy loved from minute one) and that's all.

I'm not for the twitter mob lynch but it's not like she didn't deserve it (the only thing that she didn't deserve was being called a racist, becasue it's obvious she is a bitch to everyone)

by Anonymousreply 42July 2, 2020 8:29 PM

The way the WSS stage revival creatives humiliated her at her audition pretty much says that she won't come back from this. Her reputation was shit behind the scenes and now it's also shit among the general public.

by Anonymousreply 43July 2, 2020 8:30 PM

Ending posts with lol or lmao is a sign of a disordered mind.

by Anonymousreply 44July 2, 2020 8:30 PM

Someone needs to create a shitting-in-a-wig GIF.

by Anonymousreply 45July 2, 2020 8:34 PM

It must be cathartic for many to see a Mean Girl get her comeuppance in public. Of course, there are bigger and meaner shitheads out there in HW. Maybe it's time for them to get exposed, too.

by Anonymousreply 46July 2, 2020 8:34 PM

[quote]So he didn't have any examples, just saying she was horrible?

I had the same thought. If you're going to call out someone publicly for their bad behavior, you should probably give at least ONE specific example.

by Anonymousreply 47July 2, 2020 8:40 PM

Neither has her "super masc", painted nails, touring bff Darren Criss R9.

by Anonymousreply 48July 2, 2020 8:47 PM

Lea is a monster!

by Anonymousreply 49July 2, 2020 8:47 PM

[quote]Wasn't he supposedly in Lea's mean girl clique?

It's a false assumption based on their characters's storylines and Glee PR used them together.

Colfer hates being dragged into scandals and won't be volunteering comments. But if he's siding with anyone in this case, it is Amber Riley. They've been close since the beginning.

by Anonymousreply 50July 2, 2020 8:54 PM

Wow I literally post a video where Chris Colfer and Kevin McHale (2 white gays) shade her multiple times, and you still defend this bitch? I just don’t get white people.

R41

That would be a hilarious reality show. Put Lea and Camila in the same house like Big Brother and see who will out-bitch the other. They’re both so nasty ew

by Anonymousreply 68July 3, 2020 3:58 AM

I cannot imagine that so many people held their tongue for such a long time.

Clearly, Lea pissed off a LOT of people over the years.

And yet not even one came forward, until this year. That's pretty incredible.

by Anonymousreply 69July 3, 2020 11:49 AM

R69, there have been tons of rumors of her being a bitch ever since GLEE, and possibly even earlier. It's not easy to attack a fellow actor since you can easily lose you own reputation and be branded as difficult in the industry. If I remember correctly that sort of happened with Naya Rivera.

by Anonymousreply 70July 3, 2020 11:59 AM

“And yet not even one came forward, until this year. That's pretty incredible.”

Why are you lying for this bitch?

by Anonymousreply 71July 3, 2020 12:04 PM

It’s not people like Lea Michelle acting like this you need to worry about, she easily announces herself from afar and should surprise no one with her behavior. It’s the Meg Ryan’s of the world who I bet were ten times worse, vicious and nasty that I want to hear stories about.

R74 For all of your obsession about this, please know that part of this is a technological glitch. I type on an iPad and for whatever reason when typing a name and making it a plural such as Nancy’s it automatically adds the apostrophe without me doing anything. I know what I typed and added or didn’t add so it not something I’m looking for when doing a cursory edit check before posting. The same thing happens in other instances when typing. Whenever I type hell, it automatically types he’ll, and I had to go back and remove the apostrophe, but in that case it’s much easier to spot. I bet this is the same for many posting from phones as well.

[quote] I cannot imagine that so many people held their tongue for such a long time.

That's the thing about Hollywood - as long as you bring in the bucks for the studio people will put up with your awful behavior and protect you. This "cancellation" of Princess Lea would never have been possible a decade ago, when Glee was at the height of its popularity. If someone dared to trash Lea back then we'd soon be bombarded with a bunch of articles saying how false those accusations are and even that cunt Ryan Murphy would probably step in to defend her. But once you turn into a has-been it becomes an open season.

by Anonymousreply 86July 3, 2020 5:32 PM

So is it safe to say that Lea's career is finished?

by Anonymousreply 87July 3, 2020 5:51 PM

It wouldn't surprise me if she was a Hallmark Channel resurgence. I think the race aspect of the accusations would actually endear her to lots of white people who watch that channel.

by Anonymousreply 88July 3, 2020 6:08 PM

R85, does Lea know that?

by Anonymousreply 89July 3, 2020 6:11 PM

R87 Not necesarily, she is talented (even not as much as she thinks because it's impossible to be as talented as she thinks she is) so she can make a come back. Hollywood likes their fallen from grace stars to make a come back.

Of course a change of her behaviour would help a lot

by Anonymousreply 90July 3, 2020 8:07 PM

I'm sure she's a total bitch. That said, when you kick dirt on someone, you get some on yourself.

by Anonymousreply 91July 3, 2020 8:16 PM

She would need to do a serious penance tour and be on her best behavior

by Anonymousreply 92July 3, 2020 8:23 PM

[quote]Clearly, Lea pissed off a LOT of people over the years. And yet not even one came forward, until this year. That's pretty incredible.

Seems to me that people calling out actors (and other celebs) for horrendous behavior, whether deservedly or not, is QUITE a recent phenomenon. Obviously, it rarely happened before the rise of social media but I think the rash of such calling out is even more recent than that.

by Anonymousreply 93July 3, 2020 8:24 PM

Not necessarily. There's a PEOPLE takedown of Irene Cara from 1980 that I read a while back. It's as simple as suggested above: While you're worth it, they'll protect you. Otherwise...

by Anonymousreply 94July 3, 2020 8:33 PM

She'll probably end up with either her own talk show or on some low-rent reality show.

by Anonymousreply 95July 3, 2020 10:17 PM

Maybe she'll become a Dance Mom.

by Anonymousreply 96July 3, 2020 10:18 PM

Fart features!

by Anonymousreply 97July 3, 2020 10:43 PM

I should have said that, until recently, people calling out celebrities publicly for awful behavior was a fairly rare occurrence, but now it's common -- as in everyday-occurrence common. I do seem to remember a big director calling out Val Kilmer years ago, when he was still a pretty big star.

by Anonymousreply 98July 4, 2020 1:44 AM

Social media requires more news. Social media is also trickier to control if people want to kill a story.

by Anonymousreply 99July 4, 2020 2:32 AM

R96 I would love to see her take on Abby Lee.

by Anonymousreply 100July 4, 2020 4:36 AM

[quote]Where is Jane Lynch?

Jane's never met her.

by Anonymousreply 101July 4, 2020 8:32 AM

R99 But going to social media is a risky move too because thing could go in a very different way than the original intention.

In this case, that actress simply was fed up with Lea's hypocrisy and just blurted her complains (even if i still thing that accusations of racism has no base). If it was only her i think Lea could have end totally untouched of this but a lot of people telling the same kind of stories (including anonymous people was simply too much.

And curiously i think she gets the worst part in all stories that including her good friend Jonathan Groff because she looks even worst in comparison (and those tweets are from people who don't hate celebrities for the sake of it, but have bad experiences with her)

by Anonymousreply 102July 4, 2020 10:06 AM

by Anonymousreply 117July 4, 2020 8:14 PM

There are shitty people everywhere and have been since the beginning of time. I’m tired of people being called out for it publicly just because they offended someone. Obviously some people love her. I’ve worked with and have dealt with shit people, but I don’t go online to tell the world about them.

by Anonymousreply 118July 4, 2020 8:21 PM

[quote] I’m tired of people being called out for it publicly just because they offended someone. Obviously some people love her. I’ve worked with and have dealt with shit people, but I don’t go online to tell the world about them.

The person who called her out had a valid reason for doing so.

Lea posted on social media, pretending to be a nice person who supported George Floyd and BLM.

All the while, she treated black cast members like crap, and threatened to "shit in her wig." Which could have been construed as a racial slur.

Lea's cancellation was deserved.

by Anonymousreply 119July 4, 2020 8:25 PM

R117 Right now he is more famous than her. He is been in a lot of tv shows and in some broadway hits (including Hamilton). He is well known.

He has nothing to fear but the reason is not being famous, the reason is that he seemed to be well liked and he is nice to his fans.

The fact that he avoids social media played in his favour in Lea's scandal

by Anonymousreply 120July 4, 2020 8:28 PM

R119: That's not exactly true. Yes, she treated that actress like crap but not because she is black, she treated her bad becasue that's the way she treated everyone who was beneath her

by Anonymousreply 121July 4, 2020 8:30 PM

Jonathan Groff is not more famous than Lea Michele. He's not. That doesn't mean he's unsuccessful.

by Anonymousreply 123July 4, 2020 8:33 PM

R122 I said, right now. Unlike Lea, he never stopped working. Glee was a big hit (he was there too) but that was long time ago

I stopped watching GLEE after ONJ's guest appearance. Still, it would be silly to deny that GLEE is an iconic show worldwide. (I believe it was also mostly shit.) Groff has not achieved that kind of pop culture penetration. He probably doesn't want to.

by Anonymousreply 125July 4, 2020 8:38 PM

This Glee actress held her peace about Lea MIchele for years. It's not like she rushed to SM or the tabloids the moment Glee went off the air.

But when a tipping point like the present comes, people find it easier to speak out. Even so it's not certain this actress would've blasted Lea Michele if Michele didn't make the BLM post.

by Anonymousreply 126July 4, 2020 8:39 PM

R126 Let's be clear, she found easy to speak out now because Lea is basically a hasbeen. If she had now the same level of popularity this actress wouldn't say a word

by Anonymousreply 127July 4, 2020 8:45 PM

[Quote] Let's be clear, she found easy to speak out now because Lea is basically a hasbeen. If she had now the same level of popularity this actress wouldn't say a word

So you're more concerned with Ware's bravery/cowardice than Michele's poor behavior to... well, how many people?!

by Anonymousreply 128July 4, 2020 8:48 PM

I don't think so, R127.

Ryan Murphy wields even more power now than during Glee, and Lea Michele is very much in his circle. He officiated her wedding last year.

by Anonymousreply 129July 4, 2020 8:53 PM

R128 Not at all, Lea is a cunt and sooner or later it's going to happen to her, but i find Ware's ways quite tricky, she basically implied Lea is a racist but being mean to a black person doesn't make you racist unless it's the race of that person the motivation behind your behaviour.

Lea is a mean bitch to almost everyone who is beneath her

by Anonymousreply 130July 4, 2020 8:53 PM

And you don't think mean bitches choose their words for maximum impact?

by Anonymousreply 131July 4, 2020 8:55 PM

R130, Ware didn't do a comparative study of Lea's behavior across all races before posting her tweet.

She spoke of her own individual experience and how she felt, as is her right.

by Anonymousreply 132July 4, 2020 8:58 PM

by Anonymousreply 133July 4, 2020 8:58 PM

R133 And nothing she said sustain that Lea motivation to be a bitch to her was her race

by Anonymousreply 134July 4, 2020 9:00 PM

Well, Ware didn't have to prove anything... and with all the other people who've spoken out, most of the commentary on Michele hasn't been about whether or not she's a racist.

by Anonymousreply 135July 4, 2020 9:03 PM

R134, clearly La Michele thought so because she rushed to call Amber Riley right after Ware's tweet.

by Anonymousreply 136July 4, 2020 9:06 PM

R135 But Ware implied that was the case, because there's no reason to call out Lea over a BLM tweet if that wasn't the case.

Curiously the rest who roasted Lea put things into context, she was just a bitch to everyone

Rubbish. Everyone knows that illiterate troglodykes can't write books.

*Jonathan Groff snickering in the background*

by Anonymousreply 149July 4, 2020 9:42 PM

R146 Naya knows she is a bitch herself and didn't want to make blood this time.

Even Murphy recognized that the Glee set was a nightmare (it's not rare that teen shows that became big hits have problematic sets when the egos run out of control). Generally actors go back to the ground when they realize that hit show didn't made them household names and they go back to being struggling young actors (in the case they didn't waste the money they have time to establish themselves with a better knowledge of how difficult it's to keep the spotlight on themselves)

by Anonymousreply 150July 4, 2020 9:45 PM

As far as I'm concerned Queen Groff has consigned Lea's behavior by not having a "talk" with his dearest friend. I could never be friends with someone who is that ugly to other people. Much less not bring it to their attention if I believed they were a true friend. That he continues to have a strong connection to this cow says he's either a really shitty friend or is just a low key gossiping little shit himself.

by Anonymousreply 151July 4, 2020 9:48 PM

[quote]Even Murphy recognized that the Glee set was a nightmare

Ware was on Glee in its last season. By then, most of the people were just going thru the motions and wouldn't bother throwing tantrums unless provoked.

But Michele was still on her Queen Bee act, likely bolstered by the production throwing Naya Rivera under the bus for complaining about her the previous season.

by Anonymousreply 152July 4, 2020 9:54 PM

She probably told him she was molested.

by Anonymousreply 153July 4, 2020 9:54 PM

R152 She was probably that way even before Glee

by Anonymousreply 154July 4, 2020 9:55 PM

r154

I guess you missed the comments from Lea's understudy in "Ragtime." The understudy was about 10 back then, I think.

by Anonymousreply 155July 4, 2020 9:57 PM

The stories of her Broadway antics aren't new. They followed her to HW when she got on Glee, there were certainly rumors going around. The difference is now the people in a position to know and confirm are speaking out.

by Anonymousreply 156July 4, 2020 9:59 PM

R155 The behaviour of a ten year old can change when they hit puberty (for better or worse). I think she had a big ego and success make it inflate too much for her own good.

It's surprise it was only now when her behaviour reach the media because she is far from being an A list and her good days seem to be in the past for a good while

by Anonymousreply 157July 4, 2020 10:00 PM

Lea wasn't 10. She was about 12.

Michele's "Spring Awakening" co-star, Gerard Canonico, also spoke out. He mentioned how he tried for years with her. She did "Spring Awakening" just before she got "Glee."

by Anonymousreply 158July 4, 2020 10:02 PM

[Quote] she is far from being an A list

Ryan Murphy is A list. She remained in his stable of performers.

Murphy is "money." You risk his wrath by calling out one of his favored daughters.

by Anonymousreply 161July 4, 2020 10:08 PM

R161 Murphy has a big deal with Netflix, if he doesn't get big hits he'll be done in a couple of years.

Murphy's shows are always the same, a very good idea to derail fast and become a trainwreck

I'll give her this - it's a shame she's pregnant and all of this is coming out now. I can't imagine the stress she must be under. Not making excuses, but she's probably in no condition to make a million public statements. I will never understand anyone who is mean in the entertainment industry. Are you kidding? The pregnancy is a perfect excuse for her to lay low now. Then when she gives birth she can milk it with positive PR being a doting new baby mama. Getting the soccer moms and the mommy bloggers on her side.

by Anonymousreply 177July 5, 2020 10:13 AM

The first part of the title of this thread makes me think of a title for Lea Michele’s debut only fans video.

I can’t wait for the stories about what a bitch she was at Mommy and Me classes and how she said mean things about the other babies.

by Anonymousreply 179July 5, 2020 10:16 AM

Her career is over. Sure she can make a comeback but she will never come near fame again.

Which means..., she will be a horrible mother.

She will project all her failings on to her kid and use them so she can recapture bits of her former fame.

She already pulled the: but I’m a mother! I excuse....

I visit a lot of entertainment websites, and you're absolutely right.

In fact, she's doing it already.

Her publicist is probably hard at work right now, because I'm seeing tons of little articles about "Lea's baby bump" and "Mommy to be" articles.

I'm also seeing articles about Stassi from Vanderpump Rules, who also got cancelled while pregnant.

"Stassi reveals her baby's gender!" "Stassi glowing during pregnancy!"

It's such fucking bullshit how these publicists try to push these "mommy" stories, while ignoring the fact that the whole reason either of them got cancelled, is because they were nasty cunts!

by Anonymousreply 183July 5, 2020 4:12 PM

Well I suppose a cunt’s gonna cunt.

Sarah Paulson pleads the fifth!

Since you and Lea Michele are two of Ryan Murphy’s muses, what do you make of the recent news of her on-set behavior?” Andy asked Sarah on July 9. Though they were both in remote locations, they each stared into the camera with smiles on their faces. Andy looked like he was dying to see if the longtime American Horror Story star would spill, while Sarah gave a forced grin like she wanted to say something, but there’s no way she was going to.

After a couple seconds of awkward silence, Sarah told Andy, “I’m having a weird connection, I can’t really hear you,” hoping to avoid answering the question. Fellow guest, Real Housewives of New York star Sonja Morgan then broke the ice, asking “Isn’t there a thing called pleading the fifth on this show?” referring to one of Andy’s truth-telling games on the show where a guest can take a pass on answering one really damning question. Sarah agreed about wanting to “plead the fifth” and Andy moved on without Sarah giving an answer about Lea.

by Anonymousreply 197July 10, 2020 7:20 AM

Naya got to see Lea's reputation go down in flames before she died.

[quote]But her former Broadway Fiddler on the Roof co-star Craig Ramsay wasn’t so diplomatic when asked about Lea on David Yontef‘s Behind The Velvet Rope podcast. He explained, “I think she’s a despicable, horrible human being. I think she has lost touch with reality.” He then added, “As far as Lea Michele is concerned, I think she is one of the most entitled people I have ever come across in this business!” Ouch. Talk about a bad review.

Is that correct English? This guy says she is "The most entitled people"...as if it's a negative. If people ARE entitled, they are for a good reason or deserved something. Shouldn't he have said she thinks she's entitled....

by Anonymousreply 208July 10, 2020 2:06 PM

R205, it's just language economy because the context is obvious.

"Entitled" is used instead of the whole descriptive clause "who feel most entitled".

I just saw her in an embarrassing Geico commercial.

Yup, her career is finished.

by Anonymousreply 210July 16, 2020 3:41 PM

Nah, not finished. Because of GLEE, she will long be able to be a replacement lead in a Broadway show. Her name will sell tickets to tourists. As long as she is a replacement, her name will not drag down the momentum needed to establish a new show.

by Anonymousreply 211July 16, 2020 3:46 PM
