I don't know if it turned out to be past the statute of limitations or not, but in 2017 a man reported to London police that he'd passed out after having a drink at Spacey's apartment and awoke to find Spacey performing a sex act on him. There haven't been any updates about that case, though.

An article about it said,

"According to the paper, the man, now aged 32, alleged that Spacey abused him after he passed out at Spacey’s home, where they had shared a drink after the complainant, then aged 23, asked Spacey to help him with his career. The Sun reported the man’s claims that he awoke to find Spacey performing a sexual act on him, told him to stop and left after Spacey warned him to keep quiet about it."

There's been internet chatter for a long time, including right here on DataLounge, about Spacey using roofies on guys, so it's worth noting that a possible roofies incident of his made it as far as a police report.

R16 - I think one of the problems with Spacey's accusations is that there's so many of them but the accusations are so sporadic. Some guys were allegedly drugged, some guys were allegedly groped but some guys were sexually harassed. If you look at all the men that have been brought to trial, and found guilty, it was because the majority of victims had the same story. Prosecutors have to show a pattern of behavior, but the pattern must be pretty similar. Probably the biggest momentum killer for any accusations in the UK was the fact that both Spacey's civil and criminal cases were dismissed in the US. Any other accusations that didn't have much evidence needed those cases to be successfully tried in order to boost their evidence but it just didn't happen.

R9 - Masterson and Ron Jeremy have been charged because, as I said above, the accusations are very similar and the pattern of behavior is clear.
