i always found it "odd" that during his prime magnum p.i. days in the 80s, especially the first couple of seasons, when his character was nearly always swimming or on the beach shirtless he never ever ever did he wear a speedo or bikini? one would think since he was so so served up as thee male symbol of that time and it was the 80's after all when guys who were handsome and/or built DID wear speedos/bikini's on the beach or at pools that it would seemingly been a "of course" he's going to wear this stuff in these episodes but never did! the ONLY time he did wear a speedo was in the episode where his character was in a iron man competition and of course it was black so it was very basic and asexual almost..

his character also never had a really steamy sex scene either, kissing scenes sure, but steamy erotic scenes? NOPE! the only time he did such a scene was the shower scene with a young unknown yet sharon stone that was pretty hot in one episode, where stone plays a dual role of a psychotic woman, one a demure innocent and her sister a sleazy wild woman, only later does magnum find out their the same woman, there wasn't a sister who was the opposite in character.

This reverse mortgage shit happened to a friend of mine. Her father died,then a few months later her mother died ,and they found out her parents had done a reverse deal on their 4 bd/3 ba house on a canal in St. Pete.
