Viagra: Does it make your face red?

I believe that is a side effect. I don't use viagra but I remember reading that you can tell which porn stars are using it because they're cheeks get flushed. Now I can't not notice red cheeks in mainstream porn scenes.

OP, I've had a flushed face, but I also had the "violet vision" issues - bands of beautiful violet-blue crossing my vision.

SO no more Viagra. I took it as an enhancer but I decided I didn't really need enhancing of my face color or sight.

OP, you say you took half a tab. What size dose was the pill?

OP, was this real Viagra or something you heard about on the radio?

I’m wondering if it has to do with breaking it in half? A similar thing happened to me, but I’ve only broken it in half the one (and last) time. Maybe more contents getting out quicker to the bloodstream versus letting it dissolve whole in the stomach.

Viagra comes in 25mg, 50mg, and 100mg tablets. Saying you took 'half a tab' is meaningless.

The flushed red face is a frequent side effect. The bigger the dosage, the bigger the side effect.

This is one of the reasons to be grateful for having a juicy and sensitive foreskin.

It can cause facial flushing but the real flushing occurs in the ears. Watch for beet red ears in porn.

The generic (sildenafil) comes in 20mg and other multiples of twenty. 100mg is the maxium per day. If 100mg does not work, you need something else.

Viagra is a nitrate, just like poppers...they make your blood vessels dilate, which makes your blood pressure fall, which gives you a head rush. Yes, it commonly makes your face and ears feel warm, because you have more blood flowing in veins close to the surface of your skin. Most guys get 200mg because they’re the same price as lower doses. Usually 50 mg is enough for some one “playing”, who doesn’t have ED. Cutting them has no effect on anything, except making them taste bitter...they are not time-released. Be VERY careful using viagra and poppers together...your blood pressure can fall very quickly and you could end up very dead.

Levitra for the win - no side effects apart from some facial flushing, and less likely to suffer a clot which can cause blindness or deafness- virtually nil in fact compared to Viagra. 4 hour boners.

Cialis works best for me. And it lasts all night. I can get it on all over again in the morning.

Yes it can make you flushed/feel hot.

I think anyone who is having sex with anyone else while using any substance has an obligation to tell them - so if you have taken viagra you should make your sexual partner(s) aware you have. This is a safety and respect issue as far as I'm concerned, as there can be issues in relation to other substances (e.g. poppers) or other medical issues.

It will make you hard as a rock though, definitely harder than a regular erection, so if it's with someone you have had sex with before they may well notice and if you haven't said anything prior you'll just look deceitful.

Cialis is also good for those of us concerned with keeping a healthy urinary flow as we get older. Harder boners, stronger piss stream. What's not to like? A lot of men on Viagra look like they are about to stroke out. Possibly because they are. Not sexy.

When I take viagra and my face gets flushed I know that I am about to have a very hard erection.

Don’t know about the redness but once it almost made my head explode. I had also taken coke, alcohol and MDMA so maybe that was it. No way to know, really.

It’s a much more hardcore drug than it’s made out to be. I felt like I was having a heart attack/stroke. Couldn’t stand up without almost passing out. Blurry vision. Extreme temperature rise in face. That was the lowest dose too. Seems really dangerous - amazed it doesn’t cause more deaths From heart attack and strokes.

Cialis gives me a three-day headache of the migraine variety. Never again.
