Or it's a pic-heavy, trailer-heavy teaser/advertising account to get you to subscribe to their $20 real account with full vids.

Some of you guys have no idea how OnlyFans works or what they're doing.

The straight ones do the $3 sales (the lowest fee you can charge on OnlyFans if it isn't free). The reason they do the sales is because they make money from sending links to subscribers with their REAL content, for $10-20 and up, that they pay to see a longer video or some more x-rated content. Sure most of their subscribers won't do this, but a good percentage will to make it worthwhile.

Mostly only straight guys approach it this way.

As someone who runs their own OnlyFans-like fetish account (on a different platform) I can assure you that they are not losing a ton of subscribers right now. Sure there are a lot more of them and more competition, but there's also a lot of horny guys.
