What is Rhett Butler suffered from erectile dysfunction?
I was lying on my bed this morning thinking about Gone With The Wind and it occurred to me how different their lives would have been had Rhett not been able to get it up the night he ravished Scarlett.

When she wakes that morning, in the book, Scarlett is absolutely sure for the first time that Rhett really loves her. Part of what she's revelling in (being essentially Meghan Markle) is that she's finally got him where she wants him. So it can't have been a single act of brute force - the night must have gone on much longer than that and there must have been more emotional contribution from him. Her first orgasm would be memorable, but it wouldn't tell her HE was vulnerable.
Her confidence in her judgment is shaken when he eventually appears, apologises and says he's off to England now, but it collapses entirely when she thinks of Belle and it occurs to her that perhaps such nights are usual for him.
