I'm TOTALLY bored of the H&M story now - how about you?
by Anonymous | reply 82 | May 31, 2020 11:48 PM |
I just block anyone posting threads about it. Easy.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | May 26, 2020 11:17 PM |
Are they really milking it or are they just doing the normal celeb routines but because you hate them it makes your blood pressure boil? If I can ignore the Kardashians then you can ignore the Sussexs.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | May 26, 2020 11:18 PM |
I don't HATE them at all. I never said that. I'm just bored of it now.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | May 26, 2020 11:20 PM |
Ok Op, it's hard to tell because most people that start threads about them find every little thing that they do to be some sort of slight against humanity and the crown.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | May 26, 2020 11:22 PM |
Just when you think they've gone away, they start another campaign of terror because Megsie will not be ignored.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | May 26, 2020 11:39 PM |
Good news is DL fav Ladyboy Colin Campbell is releasing a book of her own this summer.
Generally I don’t care. She’s a deplorable and he’s dumb. I am interested in the backstory in terms of the shenanigans while they were on the inside but the two of them ensconced in some tacky mansion in California? Dime a dozen now. Plus her figure is ruined.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | May 26, 2020 11:43 PM |
I'm British and live in London and I've not seen nor heard anything about them in ages except on here. It seems only American fraus care about them. It's also pretty telling that the obsessives' links are all to the Daily Mail. Bunch of fucking idiots.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | May 26, 2020 11:46 PM |
R5 Campaign of terror? Dear god you need help.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | May 26, 2020 11:48 PM |
R8 I was being facetious, twit.

[quote]but the two of them ensconced in some tacky mansion in California? Dime a dozen now.
I agree.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | May 26, 2020 11:50 PM |
R7 It's her American fans that want to keep her in the news.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | May 26, 2020 11:50 PM |
I never cared, didn't click on any of the articles on DL at first but there were so damn many of them I started checking them out to see what all the fuss was about. Other than racism, I still don't understand what is going on nor do I care to know.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | May 26, 2020 11:51 PM |
Well, if you're tired of the H&M story, why not try a different Swedish retail giant?
by Anonymous | reply 13 | May 26, 2020 11:51 PM |
The other H&M story about the retailer Hennes & Mauritz is by far more interesting.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | May 26, 2020 11:57 PM |
If something interesting happens I'll probably read about it, but now they're just digging up old stories from two years ago.
I agree that now they're in the USA they're much less interesting.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | May 27, 2020 12:00 AM |
They do need to make some new public pratfalls, their story is losing its entertainment value.
Perhaps if Meghan does score some acting work, we'll have new material to snark at?
by Anonymous | reply 16 | May 27, 2020 12:03 AM |
"Lady" Colin Campbell (if she isn't the loosest use of the term) is a briny old sea slag.... You shag one lord, and you get him marry you for a year in 1974, then you fancy yourself a part of polite "society" the rest if your life criticising the nobility and Royal Family. No one should should be paying her any attention whatsoever.
In human equivalencies, she is akin to biofilm.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | May 27, 2020 12:05 AM |
Why is there not a "never interested" option OP?
by Anonymous | reply 18 | May 27, 2020 12:06 AM |
R18 Good call.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | May 27, 2020 12:08 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 20 | May 27, 2020 12:10 AM |
I'm interested, it's my "Dynasty." But I need some fresh news or shenanigans.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | May 27, 2020 12:11 AM |
[quote]Why is there not a "never interested" option OP?
Because, and I think it's quite (very) clear, I'm addressing people who HAVE been interested.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | May 27, 2020 12:12 AM |
OP make room in your head for better things!
by Anonymous | reply 23 | May 27, 2020 12:29 AM |
I'm paying Lady CC attention, and so are the Harkles. Why do you think they're making this huge flurry of rehashed hash every other hour?
Megstans loathe Lady CC, teehee.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | May 27, 2020 12:30 AM |
R24 I'm neither a "Megstan" nor a fake" Ladystan", and think these people are quite ordinary, though they prove to be faintly irritating at times.
LCC however ought to be the focus of the next thread really... For all the ratcheted up mean queens here, she looks like death warmed over, and vaguely reminiscent of a badly aging tranny. Not to mention her toxic slime which continues to issue from her Joker's mouth. Completely hideous inside and out, and utterly repellent. (some may be so bold as to add vile and pernicious as well).

These two sentences are mutually contradictory.
The Daily Mail is a British newspaper: therefore, British people must care about them.

I just don't understand Meghan... Wallis married her "Kingy" because she wanted riches & a title. Meghan marries the son of the heir of the throne of England, then fucks off to California to live in a hideous compound with a chitlin circuit drag queen! My question for Meghan is,
by Anonymous | reply 31 | May 27, 2020 6:41 AM |
I thought this was going to be a thread about discount goth clothing.
You are an animal, OP!
by Anonymous | reply 32 | May 27, 2020 6:45 AM |
I find the obsessed blogger nutbags fascinating. Harry and Meghan not so much. I know the media watchdog group that is investigating them so it keeps me interested. Latest bit of info. An anti Markle blogger who also merchandises and profits from her YouTube channel has been caught lying. Promoted a lie as fact. It involved Meghan, flying hot tea and a 250000 dollar pay off. All crap but because the blogger financially gains from every post and tweet as they are linked etc and stated it as fact she is in the shit. A lot of the blogs are. The promotion of altered porn is still in the pipeline. The fraud involving a Facebook group. The blogger's keep digging the hole deeper and I can't stop watching.

I just think it's funny that a worldwide pandemic is stealing their spotlight.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | May 27, 2020 7:05 AM |
Yes, R34, the timing of the pandemic stole thunder from H & M and celebrities in general. I'm still interested to see how this all plays out.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | May 27, 2020 7:30 AM |
R33 Can you be more specific about which media watchdog group? And which blogs are in trouble? I saw a bunch of them were turning on each other and one shut down. I was amused at the ruckus it caused, it was funny to watch.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | May 27, 2020 7:53 AM |
Wow, media watchdogs are concerned about this useless couple? It's only gossip forums that care about them and not in a positive way.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | May 27, 2020 11:36 AM |
"I know the media watchdog group that is investigating them so it keeps me interested"
With the mass media being turned into an evil political propaganda machine, and the worldwide promulgation of lies about the pandemic that have the potential to kill millions... why the fucking fuck would a " media watchdog group" take time out from important shit to bother the harmless nutters who follow Meg and Harry?
This sounds like the looney Meganstans on LA threatening the non-fans with doxing and arrest.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | May 27, 2020 11:03 PM |
Yes, R38, and cyberstalking like that is a crime in many jurisdictions.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | May 27, 2020 11:19 PM |
Once they decamped to LA they're just like any other fame whore grifters there. There wasn't anything uniquely interesting about them both as individuals or as a couple anyways. Harry is an entitled dimwit while Meghan is transparently a social climber. Her blog was devoid of creativity, really just a rehash of frau trends du jour and smug selfies of her doing charity work. The couple are like annoying, talentless offsprings of famous celebrities who try to break it big upon their parents' name recognition and connections. That means they'll be able to get some projects but they won't be able to sustain public interest in the long run. No public interest means no $$$ to be made for them or for the PTB who choose them for projects.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | May 27, 2020 11:43 PM |
I like the BRF thread and the H&M threds too. Keeps me entertained regardless of the number or frequency of them. I enjoy all the speculation about Markle's next move.
There are plenty of other threads that bore me, but not the Windsors, Diana Sarah Ferguson, the Harkles, Kate. If a particular thread isn't of interest, I just move on. No big deal.
by Anonymous | reply 41 | May 27, 2020 11:52 PM |
H&M need to divorce already! That’s the only interesting thing left for them to do.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | May 28, 2020 2:24 AM |
R42. H&M were sent to Earth to do good. Just wait til corona is a thing of the past. There will be an explosion of good unable to be contained. There will be H&M mania the likes of which we've never seen
by Anonymous | reply 43 | May 28, 2020 4:15 AM |
Don't be silly, R42, H&M are capable of producing years of hilarity before they divorce!
Just wait until their new social media campaign is up, and they get serious about cashing in on their titles!
by Anonymous | reply 44 | May 28, 2020 4:51 AM |
The latest blind is saying that she wants to be a Broadway star and that's why she is cozying up to David Foster. Now that would be potentially hilarious!
by Anonymous | reply 45 | May 28, 2020 5:03 AM |
I also need new shenanigans to keep my interest. I don't like any of the BRF, but while most are boring, H&M were entertaining.
Recently my mother (who doesn't follow gossip and didn't even know M's name) told me that my sister has gone off Meghan; she liked her as the American princess, but now that they've gone off to LA she thinks she's a social climber leading Harry astray. I reckon my gullible, royal-loving frau sister isn't the only fan they've lost with the move.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | May 28, 2020 5:52 AM |
[quote]I don't like any of the BRF, but while most are boring, H&M were entertaining.
Yes, they're hilarious. H&M are accidentally entertaining while they try and save the world and "find freedom" from their oppressive slave masters. However, a little worldwide virus stole the show. Whoops.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | May 28, 2020 7:25 AM |
I can't believe it! An H&M thread that hasn't been grayed out by the anti trolls. I guess cos it's already anti.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | May 28, 2020 10:16 AM |
No, it's because this thread was started by the Megstans, and the Megstans are the ones who do all the greying out of the threads they disapprove of.
This thread is approved because it's stating the Official Megstan version of events, which is: "No one cares about the Harkles so STOP talking about them (except to say how wonderful they are OR WE'LL DESTROY THIS THREAD.)"
And destroy thread after thread after thread they did and do, to the point that the only threads now allowed on the DL now are pro-Markle or Anti-BRF threads.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | May 28, 2020 10:57 AM |
^^Not true. Another problem for Megstans is that their threads invariably turn to uproarious laughter at the Harkles' stupidity. They are garden variety quasi-celebs with very little interesting talent.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | May 28, 2020 12:08 PM |
[quote]No, it's because this thread was started by the Megstans, and the Megstans are the ones who do all the greying out of the threads they disapprove of.
I started it and I'm not any sort of stan.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | May 28, 2020 12:10 PM |
Maybe this is the fundamental flaw. Someone like Diana grew into the role of "influencer", which she was, in the prototype sense. Same thing with Michelle Obama, as an example. Both had an intangible quality that made their prominence transcend their prominence. Maybe it is that they found themselves in place and decided to make the most of it. You see elements of it in Bob Geldof, a thousand years ago, a rockstar who galvanized the world around famine and Oprah, who initially just a good, relatable "friend" on TV (not arguing she didn't go me-me-me in the end) and even Bill Gates, who started as a tech geek and now is one of the handful of useful Americans trying to get us out of Covid.
You get the feeling with Markle it is all part of a plan. That lacks the authenticity of someone who had good fortune and decided to capitalize on it with respect. Who is Meghan Markle to decide she is the next great humanitarian? They're a dime a dozen. Look at Meghan Markle, UN Ambassador. If a supporting role actress from a cable TV show can snag a title like that it tells you how high the bar it. You can't manufacture the rare confluence of circumstance that distinguish the women whose ranks she aspires to join. She's a wannabe.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | May 28, 2020 1:37 PM |
Poor dears... they've spotted drones. Now on the off chance they saw an actual drone and weren't just looking at one another, I have only this: welcome to your new life in LA, Harry. Good choice, dude.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | May 28, 2020 2:36 PM |
Celebrities have been predictably using the UN for self-promotional purposes in recent years. The UN also loves these celebs and pseudo-celebs as they add a splash of glamour to the organization. I mean come on, fucking Amber Heard became a UN ambassador for human rights and went around speaking against domestic abuse while she’s actually an abuser herself.
Meghan along with other budding Angelina Jolie wannabes know this is just another avenue to garner good publicity. Fly to remote location and stay for a few days, do “charity work” which consist of taking selfies or posing for photo ops. Has nothing to do with actual work that real humanitarian workers do on daily basis. One of my NP friends ran a primary care clinic in Haiti in the aftermath of the earthquake few years ago. She stayed for a year there. She told me stories frequently of how random celebrities would sometimes stop by for photo ops, staying for a few hours before leaving. Before they arrive there’d be preparations for these VIPs and staff would have to take time out from their duties to make sure the celebs have special amenities. I forgot most of the names she told me but I do remember Ben Stiller, Demi Moore, Susan Sarandon, and some random American Idol finalist.
What I detest the most about Harry/ Meghan story is how they try to convince us that they’re charitable humanitarians simply due to the fact that they have resources available to visit such places. They’re able to use their status to glorify themselves in this way.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | May 28, 2020 3:21 PM |
r53 If only he could have known there'd be paparazzi in LA that could afford a $200 drone to look over a fence before moving there.
by Anonymous | reply 55 | May 28, 2020 3:50 PM |
If only, r55.
How many drones were flying over Frogmore, from which they 'fled for more privacy'?
by Anonymous | reply 56 | May 28, 2020 4:02 PM |
Worse, R54, some of these celebs (I'm looking at you, Bono) manage to work in a Louis Vuitton or similar purveyor of luxe goods photo shoot while they're there, thus turning their publicity into a charitable contribution if not exactly a selfless charitable act.
Jimmy Carter building houses for the homeless in his 90's? That's an example of charity. The likes of H&M delivering 28 bags of groceries to a middle-class neighborhood with bodyguards and photographers? That's not charity: it's publicity, pure and simple.
Besides, how can anyone be bored by two grifters whose every instinct seems faked and whose every move seems to backfire on them, usually spectacularly? The two of them offer a level of SNAFU seldom seen, especially from people who even if they lack good instincts have high-priced advisors to protect their reputations but whose advice they seem to ignore. Or else they're getting terrible advice.
They offer proof almost daily that there is such a thing as bad publicity; bad publicity they could easily avoid.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | May 28, 2020 4:27 PM |
Passenger planes, r57, are not the same as tiny drones. Otherwise I assume there would be a massive amount of photos of the Gruesome Twosome from every domestic flight out of Gatwick. Yet there were not.
They intentionally moved into PapCentral.
And are now complaining about it?
by Anonymous | reply 59 | May 28, 2020 4:36 PM |
That was a joke.
by Anonymous | reply 60 | May 28, 2020 4:47 PM |
Megstans never joke, r60.
All they do is claim fake racism and threaten people who dare criticise their Goddess of Sussex.
by Anonymous | reply 61 | May 28, 2020 5:47 PM |
And yet, R61, they never seem to mention the party boy in Nazi regalia or his attendance at a "Colonials and Natives" party or referring to a fellow soldier as "our little Paki friend."
So woke. And yet somehow never mentioned by the people who come here to scream "racism" at any less-than-adulatory mention of the Duchess.
Odd, that.
by Anonymous | reply 62 | May 28, 2020 7:36 PM |
Harry married Meghan BECAUSE he is a racist, r62.
She's not really black, so to a racist she is acceptable, but her mother's skin colour could cover any number of sins for him, so he leapt at the chance.
He was desperate to cover up his former army racism and also get some sweet virtue signal points, as her SoHo friends knew: hence the introduction.
She promised him the life he always dreamed of in Africa, and then did what all con artists do: switch.
She's one of the most disgusting people on this planet, but he has proved himself more disgusting yet for being such a pathetic, easy, Mark.
by Anonymous | reply 63 | May 28, 2020 7:58 PM |

by Anonymous | reply 64 | May 28, 2020 8:08 PM |

She even put "caucasian" on all her identity documents.

by Anonymous | reply 68 | May 28, 2020 9:26 PM |
This will drive Harry crazy. At some point, he's going to look at her and blame her, fairly or unfairly.

On the no tabloid/papparazzi promise I think it's fair to blame Princess Cruella.
by Anonymous | reply 70 | May 28, 2020 9:32 PM |
I guess Harry really IS that stupid, not knowing that the paps are native to LA and now complaining about the natives now encroaching upon his newbie ass.
They're totally boring now that they're trying to be chummy with celebs and joining the celeb set. Dime a dozen and quickly yesterday's news as most celebs know. You have to work at it hard to maintain the level of superstardom that the idiot Sussexes imagine themselves as deserving.
