Are Great Clips franchised? The people who run the one in my area had a sign up on their door not to come in if they didn't feel well then closed entirely a couple of days later, 5 days ahead of California's SAH order.

I'm not in a heavily Asian area, but there are some stylists who are Asian. It may very well be Asian managed or owned. Sacramento has a large native born and immigrant Asian population.

People maybe I am not understanding correctly but if she was asymptomatic she may have had no idea she was sick.
