Mallory told investigators she spoke with her mom Saturday night, May 9th, which was false (she also stated that their parent’s marriage was “loving,” contradicting daughter Macy’s account). Suzanne's activities can only be independently verified up until 2:44 PM Saturday, around the time BM arrives home. Two people tried to contact her after, and their messages went unread/unanswered. Suzanne would text her boyfriend a goodbye every night, and a greeting every morning. That did not happen. At 5:33 PM, BM disconnected the power to his truck's computer module. From 2:47 PM - 10:14 PM Saturday, BM's phone was in airplane mode (BM claims to have gone to sleep at 9 PM). BM says he was shooting chipmunks that afternoon, but he can't recall where he retrieved the gun from, whether or not a scope was used, and where he tossed the bodies. BM first claimed that their evening included a hike, which he eventually cast doubts on.
BM claimed to have woken up at 4:30 AM and left the house at 5 AM Sunday morning. He changed his story multiple times on what Suzanne was wearing when he left her in bed. The final ping of Suzanne's mobile was 4:26 AM that same morning, 11 miles from their home. From electronic data, BM was on the road at 3 AM and in that hour, there are 80 events recorded in his truck, including traveling to the site where Suzanne’s bike was found (opposite direction from Bloomfield trip). He was the one who pushed the Mother’s Day AM bike ride theory. Yet, Suzanne never rode her bike around the neighbourhood and her rides were generally in the PM. The things she took on her rides (both personal items and biking-related) were found in the garage, her vehicle, and elsewhere in the house. There was also no evidence of a bike accident at the site. Afterwards, BM only asked about the bike and her mobile—nothing about her.
BM drove six hours RT on Sunday to do 15 minutes of work. When learning of his wife's disappearance, there is videotape of him lumbering around for a half hour before leaving hotel. He also didn't call her, only texting once (which ran in opposition to how he would react in the past when he didn't know where she was). BM never called anyone else about her. He also didn't leave the necessary tools behind at the hotel or order the necessary materials for the job to be completed by his workers the next day.
He told FBI his marriage was "perfect," yet he knew about her affair. He told them she had no intent of leaving him, but she wanted out of the marriage. He deleted any evidence of this from his mobile. At least five people including daughter Macy (who said their union was “unsafe”) stated there were major problems in the marriage. BM’s associates stated he had violent tendencies which weren’t above manslaughter. Multiple people gave unflattering testimonies of BM being lecherous and misogynistic. There were multiple accounts of BM’s shady business dealings, including selling his landscaping business to two separate people without each other’s knowledge. He only spent $4k on an investigator from the search’s GoFundMe and cannot account for the other $26k (but there is a $20k deposit to his bank account). He initially claimed that he wasn't asked to do a polygraph and he was "cleared" (both lies). He told Suzanne's friend that he believed she was still alive, despite selling her Range Rover (WITH her personal belongings still inside the vehicle) and other items of hers. BM initially denied having tranquilliser material, which he eventually recanted. An iPhone 9 has been associated with BM's iPhone 5 five days before Mother's day, Mother's Day, and the two days following, which has not been found.
BM originated the mountain lion theory, along with theories of ransom, suicide, a Gone Girl situation, an intruder, and even the possibility that God may have been involved. BM also pushed suspicion on Suzanne's brother and a guy named Cody.
If you know the facts of the case, BM is guilty as fuck.
