More Americans are souring on Trump's coronavirus handling, new FOX NEWS poll shows

This must be why all the republicans are dumping him.

I don’t blame them. Get out while you can.

I guess this is why he was in such a bad mood today at the briefing.

by Anonymousreply 1Last Friday at 1:10 PM

This is terrible news for the campaign.

What have they been doing with all that money they are raising?

Whatever it is isn’t working.

by Anonymousreply 2Last Friday at 1:11 PM

They are claiming that he’s wishy-washy, now that’s pretty bad.

by Anonymousreply 3Last Friday at 1:12 PM

R2, I actually would love it if the campaign was fleeced. Better the money is stolen than put toward campaign ads.

by Anonymousreply 4Last Friday at 1:13 PM

Unfortunately/Fortunately, he is going to win. Do opinions of the non electoral college matter?

by Anonymousreply 5Last Friday at 1:14 PM

Numbers don't lie.

1000s dead and 325 MILLION OUT OF WORK!!

And it aint over yet.

by Anonymousreply 6Last Friday at 1:14 PM

No fortunately, r5. Are you really trying to straddle the middle?

by Anonymousreply 7Last Friday at 1:16 PM

r7 Yes, the middle is safe.

by Anonymousreply 8Last Friday at 1:19 PM

how can anybody say this loser is good with the economy?

He is the same president who thought his economy would be fine if he ignored the pandemic.

He is the one who prolonged the response time that ruined the economy.

He is the one who runs every business into the ground, including his closed casinos and bed-bug ridden and moldy hotels.

He is terrible with money. He had nothing to do the economy recovering slightly before yet another republican disaster.

I’m so sick of these people ruining a once great country. It has to stop. There won’t be anything left.

by Anonymousreply 9Last Friday at 1:20 PM

I do believe that many people that voted for him will officially come out and apologize and say that they were wrong. We need to figure out a way to forgive some of them because they were literally brainwashed. And I mean the benign ones who just sort of went along with it.

Most will just try to block out these four years and never speak of it again. They will scrub their social media but not apologize.

There will be about 5% who will never apologize but they were the craziest and most likely better off in their basements anyway.

by Anonymousreply 10Last Friday at 1:26 PM

This whole shit-show is coming to an end.

The sooner the better.

by Anonymousreply 11Last Friday at 1:26 PM

I don't trust anything Trumptards say in public anymore. We have to vote, yes just simply vote. Vote for Uncle Joe, vote for Democrat candidates. Just vote Democrats, nothing else matters.

by Anonymousreply 12Last Friday at 1:30 PM

I really hope he doesn't get re-elected. It should be a no-brainer that he does not belong in the WH, but we have many incredibly stupid people in America and they are such easy prey for the fake social media Trump train.

I'm not worried about the die-hard Trumpers, they live in an alternate reality and won't be swayed and they are in the minority if we all go out and vote. It's the people on the fence because they are too stupid to live, the ones that wonder why Obama didn't do anything. Yes, these idiots unfortunately exist.

by Anonymousreply 13Last Friday at 1:31 PM

People are increasingly not listening to Trump. Even my parents, who are loyal to the Repug party, have stopped. The best thing the GOP can do is to run another candidate.

by Anonymousreply 14Last Friday at 1:34 PM

by Anonymousreply 15Last Friday at 1:41 PM

I wouldn't trust a Fix news poll, get it? Fixed?

Everyone needs to vote regardless, this coming November.

by Anonymousreply 16Last Friday at 1:45 PM

It’s not just this poll.

by Anonymousreply 17Last Friday at 1:52 PM

"What have they been doing with all that money they are raising?"

Going into Brad Parscale's pocketbook.

by Anonymousreply 18Last Friday at 2:53 PM

He's not going to win.

His base, the people who love him against all reason is no more than a third of the electorate.

Many people voted AGAINST Hillary in 2016 because they hated her/didn't think Trump would win/didn't think he would be all that bad once he got elected.

Those people are not making that mistake again because very few people even dislike Biden a little and everyone who is not a MAGAt cultist is aware of just how batshit crazy Trump is.

There is a very good shot that Biden wins all 50 states.

by Anonymousreply 19Last Friday at 2:59 PM

Has Fatty stopped going to the spray tan because of social distancing? He looks awful.

Well, MORE awful.

by Anonymousreply 20Last Friday at 5:12 PM

It's the hydroxychloroquine. He probably thinks if 400mg a day is good (News flash: not for COVID-19 it's not), then 4000mg a day must be grrreat!

by Anonymousreply 21Last Friday at 5:21 PM

A lot of people watch FOX and believe he is trying to save rural America and small business by opening up from the lock down. A lot of people will believe that Dems caused the lock down. Everyone has to vote, we cannot afford to get comfortable and stay home instead of voting. The gullible are still backing Trump because they only watch Fox and they don't hear any real criticism, he is still a force to be reckoned with.

by Anonymousreply 22Last Friday at 5:35 PM

While a lot of people are out of work this summer they are going to have plenty of time to keep up with the scandals that are going to drop on Trump. We are going to get something out of the SCOTUS rulings. Also, it looks like the Lincoln Project might have a thing or two up their sleeve. Rick Wilson knows something really bad about Trump that the media refused to air in 2016. No one is going to refuse to let him have his say this time and isn't it a good thing that Andy Lack is out of MSNBC.

[quote] A lot of people watch FOX

No. No they don't.

A lot of people watch FOX compared to other news services. And the average age of those viewers is 65. Which is why so many DLers know people who watch FOX.

But a small percentage of the overall American electorate actually watches Fox,

by Anonymousreply 24Last Saturday at 2:34 AM

Wonder what Rick's surprise is...

by Anonymousreply 25Last Saturday at 2:46 AM

Trump’s going to win the Poulet Surprise?

by Anonymousreply 26Last Saturday at 3:02 AM

I hope the surprise is something damning and could really destroy Trump's re election chances.

by Anonymousreply 27Last Saturday at 1:37 PM

I sometimes daydream about what that could be, r27. He’s such a cretin of a human being, I could see him doing all kinds of depravity in his past. It would have to be something like that—his supporters don’t care if he’s fleecing them.

by Anonymousreply 28Last Saturday at 1:43 PM

What would make the true hardcore deplorables turn against him now? I honestly don’t know what it would take for those gibbering inbred halfwits to say “oh yeah I guess he IS an incompetent con man”

by Anonymousreply 29Last Saturday at 1:48 PM

Covid-19 will be old news come November. It’ll be the economy once again and Americans still trust his handling of it. We’re doomed.

by Anonymousreply 30Last Saturday at 1:49 PM

His core will slowly melt away R29, but there will be a core of the core who will go to their graves believing he was a great president.

Same way there were some Germans who still thought Hitler was great even after his defeat.

by Anonymousreply 31Last Saturday at 1:55 PM

A few missed mortgage or rental payments in, homelessness looming... the trump followers will turn on him silently after they miss a few meals and get acquainted with the black and Mexican filled welfare office and food lines.

by Anonymousreply 32Last Saturday at 1:57 PM

[quote] Also, it looks like the Lincoln Project might have a thing or two up their sleeve. Rick Wilson knows something really bad about Trump that the media refused to air in 2016.

Wouldn’t trust Rick Wilson as far as I could throw him - or 5heow up on him. He enabled the worlds worst people in the world by thinking up, funding & creating Swift Boat Veterans.

by Anonymousreply 33Last Saturday at 1:57 PM

Good. We need to Swift Boat Trump

by Anonymousreply 34Last Saturday at 1:58 PM

The Never Trumpers know how to fight back HARD. Democrats are too fucking wishy washy. I don’t care what Rick Wilson, Heillmann or any of the others did in the past as long as they TAKE THE ASS HOLE DOWN HARD.

by Anonymousreply 35Last Saturday at 2:09 PM

Considering MAGA types were supporting that child-molesting sheriff for US Senator in Alabama, I don't know what dirt on Trump could possibly turn them against him.

by Anonymousreply 36Last Sunday at 11:00 AM

Should we get the caravans going again?

I wouldn't be surprised if chunks of money from the campaign has been sent to Trumps personal off shore accounts.
