Honestly suspect the people he cares about probably send him a screenshot or something that he replies to personally. They obviously all know and understand he’s not especially active on social media but continue to post like he’ll see it regardless.

It's not surprising. Miles and Connor have been inseparable. And Miles was a veteran, unlike many of 13RW "kids." He has a preexisting LA friend group. He may have cleared the air with Brandon but that doesn't mean they socialize.

In fairness as well, some like Alisha and even Tommy have gotten really close with Brandon. Even if Brandon and Miles are on ok terms and all that, they clearly don’t do a lot of socializing on their own time. So, if some of the 13rw cast are hanging out with Brandon a lot, it would make sense they’d see Miles less and be less close with him. Add in frequent travel to be with a long distance boyfriend + Miles’ relative disinterest in socials, the difference isn’t surprising.

Also- it’s worth noting that for all that, Miles is one who when he does make one of his rare posts, nearly all his old cast mates at least like if not comment and a few are even following Connor (and reacting positively to Miles related content there).

If they didn’t like him or care for him, that wouldn’t be the case. It makes the most sense that because Miles is on social media very little, his 13rw(and Parenthood, etc.) cohorts wouldn’t have much reason to blast bday stuff there. The others like Ross are more active on socials, so it does make sense to post birthday content there.

I honestly think the reason Miles never went down the rehab route was because he always lived with Mae - he went from living with his mom to living with her, he’s never lived alone.
