I can see why someone in their 60s has plastic surgery (please stop Madonna- you looked 35 four years ago). Why is Gaga getting all this surgery? She was never a beauty but it is becoming so noticeable and it reeks of sadness.

Yes, Cher and Dolly have had lots of plastic surgery. Lots.

But... Cher and Dolly are also FUN people with a sense of humour. They can laugh at themselves but it's not in a negative or insecure way. They are self aware. I was watching her live performance of the Medellin song last night and was so impressed by the huge, thought out set...the choreo...the diversity of dancers featured...the fun multiple Madonna pop ups (an attempt to use new technology in live performance - not perfectly executed, but a fun thing to see). She is always trying something new.

She has written and performed so many great songs and contributed to the visual arts with her music videos.

That said, her social media is not working with her with her current strategy. I think she actually reads the comments. I think this because her celebrity friends, like Debi, comment and probably wouldn't do that unless they knew she read them.

The things people write below her Insta post are horrific and I think it is making her miserable and causing her to have increased stress/possible trauma, no matter how much she says things like that don't bother her. No one is admitting they worked on Madge's face, not even among themselves and that is a tight circle of specialists who work with celebs who all know each others' business. I was around that circle, I know who injects the Kardashians and he's well-known plus charges $$$, but among the surgeons circle he's more of a brand than expert surgeon/ injector.
