Anyone remember it?
I was young when this aired and I watched it with my family.
I posted about the TV show Homefront recently and other have fond memories of that show. I think of Brooklyn Bridge as similar, but more comical.
TV Guide listed this as the 46th best TV episode of all time.

I was trying to recall the name of this show a few weeks ago. I knew ity was based in Brooklyn, but for some reason I didn't think Brooklyn was in the show's name.

I watched it during the original run and later when some cable network aired reruns for awhile. I think it was Lifetime.

Both of the child actors on that show have retired from acting
Constance McCashin (Knots Landing) had a recurring role on the show, because the producer was her husband.

I enjoyed it very much and wish it had a few more seasons.

I saw the older brother, Danny Gerard, play Jason in Falsettoland when it played off-Broadway.
