Deee-Lite was/is not a she. It's a band. Lady Miss Kier was the she in the band.

Posted this before on another thread long ago but at her height, Lady Kier came into Jerry’s (cool downtown restaurant, popular for weekend brunch). We were at a table kind of near hostess. Hostess told her she had a 45 minute wait. Lady Kier threw a fit. My fag hag friend said loudly “how do you say deeee-jected?”

Jerry's 103, damn, I miss that joint.
