Is this lesbian comic famous in America?

Her jokes are quite good but she keeps analyzing them "That one usually makes people laugh" or "I'll keep that one".

There's a thing she does about Jews, which is pretty (very) anti-antisemitic but she's Jewish so I guess it's OK.

(Are the words lesbian and comic going to make you guys pass this one by? We'll soon see.)

All I know is that Amy Schumer mentioned her once. That's it.

Wow, I had very , very low expectations, and can you blame me after listening to Lily Singh, Ilana Glazer et al. This woman is sharp & hilarious!

I guess the words lesbian and comic is a big turn off on DL.

Glad one or two of you enjoyed it.

I'm a lesbian and I'm on DL every day, and I think she's awful. Never heard of her, wouldn't pay to see her.

I have a favorite lesbian comedian who really is funny: Suzanne Westenhoefer. And she's a lot easier on the eyes.

You really need to be a cat person to enjoy that, R8 and it's draggy. I prefer OP"s lesbian comic.

Bill Burr had her doing stand up in her own special a few months back . . .

That's "restricted" R10.

I have to confess, I snorted and laughed out loud! Thanks for sharing, OP!

To the lez upthread who thinks SW is funnier than this chick- you’re wrong, very wrong. SW was popular back in the 90’s and never very funny... she was gay and had her niche and there was no one else but her. On the other hand, I just laughed my ass off listening to Jessica Kirson. Never heard of her before- thanks for the heads up.

When do the jokes start?

You know, you can laugh at the foibles of folks. If a black friend says something slightly off-color about white people I can laugh and don't go off in hysterics.
