I can guarantee you if this was a young woman making pro-ana videos about wanting to meet her goal weight of 75 lbs., the videos would be taken down. But just because it’s the other extreme, with obese YouTubers eating themselves to death, then it’s entertaining. It’s so fucking sick and he needs serious mental health interventions.

If you know what stealthy keywords to search, there's plenty of annarecksia content on YT and all other media-sharing platforms. Social media sites notoriously have a hell of a time flagging and removing under-the-radar posts.
