Oregon man visits 11 Wendy's restaurants on his mission for free nuggets!

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) – In tough economic times, nothing beats free. So when a man from the Portland metro area heard Wendy's was giving away free four-piece chicken nuggets Thursday, he was sure to take advantage of it.

The man, who goes by "Skweezy," went to 11 Wendy's restaurants in the greater Portland and Vancouver area - twice.

Skweezy had employees put the nuggets into a frying pan that he drove around with, so he could practice social distancing and do his best to stay six feet away from them.

His efforts to hit up so many Wendy's even earned him a shout-out from the company on Twitter.

R3 oh please, he put it on twitter himself, besides i think it's quite fun, nothing else to do at home, why not drive around and some free nuggets, lol

Most people have plenty to do at home and multiplying needless contacts is rude.

He is obviously stuck in rut. I pity him.

11 four piece nuggets are $11. I wonder if he spent that driving around Portland?

gas is like 89 cents.

I had an aunt who lived and breathed to penny pinch and get things free or cheap. We all pitied her. It was so exhausting and such a waste of life energy.

Plus he's poor. I think he may live in a van. It's sad. He looks mentally ill.

by Anonymousreply 9April 27, 2020 2:17 AM

and it's only a 63-mile run for him to hit all 11 stores!

by Anonymousreply 10April 27, 2020 2:17 AM

The nickname suits him.

by Anonymousreply 11April 27, 2020 2:17 AM

Just think, the day before his mask made of Hanes underwear were wrapped around HIS nuggets.

The word he meant to write doesn't have a "w" in it.
