Janet's accolades may not be real
Someone keeps changing Janet's Wikipedia page to give credit for awards and chart positions she did not earn.
They are been caught inflating sales figures and chart positions.
Sample comments:
- Did not win those award categories according to the source references.
- There is a general consensus amongst editors to leave that inflated figure out
- MTV online polls aren't awards. The other was a plaque for concert attendees, not an award.
- Magazine lists and certifications that aren't award
- Janet is not the only artist in music to be nominated in 5 different genres. Donna Summer has nominations in Pop(4),Rock(3),Dance(3),R&B(3) & Gospel (3).

Anytime a user edits that page, it is logged in the "View History" section. It's the clear editors have been fighting over this page for many years. Fans are trying to give her credit for fake awards.
It's disappointing since we have been told she is the "Most awarded artist in history".
