Bad time right now. Hope life gets better.

I really don't know, so it's probably a house of cards. Overall, the last few years haven't been good.

House of cards. One paycheck away from the street. Scary.

My life is more like the pieces of cardboard that homeless people sleep on.

I have built my life for maximum stability, due to an unstable childhood. But a lot of it has come at the expense of being close to other people, whose company I enjoy, but I don't quite trust.

Similarly, I'll never starve, but I haven't really pursued dreams or taken risks that might've yielded riches.

So you know, pluses and minuses.

During times of uncertainty, however, I'm certainly privileged! So please don't take the above as whining - I know I've got it good. But just in case you think I'm bragging, I'll probably die old and alone!

It’s a house of cards made out of shithouse brick. Meaning My life kind of sucks and it’s sucked for a long time. I was making some kind of progress and then covid hit I do have hope for better days and I think the hardest parts are behind me.
