Chris Cuomo: CNN host hit with police complaint after threatening elderly man

The "jackass, loser, fat-tire biker" that CNN's Chris Cuomo berated on radio has filed a formal police complaint against the Prime Time anchor.

The 65-year-old Long Island man, David Whelan, was the subject of a Cuomo tirade during a broadcast of "Let's Get After It with Chris Cuomo" over an alleged verbal confrontation between the two on Easter Sunday.

According to the East Hampton police complaint, obtained by The Independent, Cuomo allegedly threatened Mr Whelan, saying he hadn't "seen the last of him" and that "he would beat the crap out" of him.

"At this time D. Whelan does not wish to pursue charges but does want the situation documented as he is worried about C. Cuomo retaliating against him," the report said.

In an interview with The New York Post, Mr Whelan said he approached Cuomo and asked why he wasn't social distancing.

"I said to him, 'Your brother is the coronavirus czar, and you're not even following his rules — unnecessary travel'," he said.

Cuomo has been in quarantine and broadcasting from his Southampton home since announcing on 31 March that he had tested positive for coronavirus.

According to Mr Whelan, Cuomo responded: "'Who the hell are you?! I can do what I want!' He just ranted, screaming, 'I'll find out who you are!'"

"He said, 'This is not the end of this. You'll deal with this later. We will meet again.' If that's not a threat, I don't know what is," Mr Whelan said.

Cuomo vented about the incident during his SiriusXM radio show on Monday, explaining that his public profile prevented him from firing back at people talking "bullshit".

"I want to be able to tell you to go to hell, to shut your mouth," Cuomo said. "I don't get that doing what I do for a living, me being able to tell you to shut your mouth or I will do you the way you guys do each other."

"I don't want some jackass, loser, fat-tire biker being able to pull over and get in my space and talk bullshit to me, I don't want to hear it."

It is the second major controversy to come out of Monday's show, during which Cuomo seemingly had an existential crisis and said he didn't want to work at CNN because he didn't value indulging irrationality and hyperpartisanship.

"I don't like what I do professionally. I don't think it's worth my time," he said.

"I don't think it's worth it to me because I don't think I mean enough, I don't think I matter enough, I don't think I can really change anything, so then what am I really doing?"

Cuomo walked back the comments during his SiriusXM show on Tuesday, saying he was taken out of context.

"I was talking about having legitimate questions, which I've had all along this administration. Let alone, with a fever with Covid for two weeks and being pissed off about being sick and rethinking a lot of things on an existential basis all the time," he said.

CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment. CNN has previously defended their star broadcaster after video showed him threatening to throw a man down a set of stairs.

The video, shared widely across YouTube and Twitter, showed Cuomo repeatedly cursing and threatening a man in New York in August last year.

"Punk ass bitches from the right call me Fredo," Cuomo says to a man standing beside him. "My name is Chris Cuomo. I'm an anchor on CNN. Fredo is from 'The Godfather.' He was a weak brother and they use it as an Italian aspersion."

After the man says he thought Cuomo's name was Fredo, the cable TV host became agitated, saying: "You're going to have a big fucking problem. I'll fucking ruin your shirt. I'll fucking throw you down these stairs."

I think Cuomo is hot but this is idiotic and very hypocritical if he's on CNN saying the right things but doing the opposite

and if he's not happy on CNN they can just replace him with a hot muscular guy

[quote] Wonder if the guy is a Republican and just made this up to get back at Cuomo

Most likely.

I think that most right-wingers know how easy it is to troll Chris, especially given his temper.

They're probably trying to get him to hit someone, so they can sue him. And/or get him fired.

by Anonymousreply 16April 17, 2020 6:17 PM

He was out in public with his entire family and now he’s crying about his wife being sick. The fuck did he expect? Who could watch this angry guido read the news and take it seriously? This entire situation has shown he isn’t the brightest star in the sky.

Cuomo was in his own yard and this guy came over to hassle him. Cuomo wasn't strolling down Main St in which case Whelan would have had a point.

Then your husband's a dick. Clearly, you're not the only two who live there and not the only ones wanting to take a walk, so wear a mask. Show that you understand this world doesn't only serve you.

by Anonymousreply 28April 17, 2020 6:54 PM

R26 going for a walk you should wear a mask

Cuomo is still dumb for always taking the bait with these people. He seems like a good guy but he's obviously insecure. He can't seem to handle criticism or trolling even though that comes with being a public figure. He should be smarter than those deplorables. Giving them airtime on his radio show is dumb

by Anonymousreply 29April 17, 2020 7:04 PM

You don't need to wear a mask if you are walking in an area with few people on the streets. If you do encounter someone, walk out in the middle of the street or cross to the other side. Let's not get ridiculous. Now if you're in a heavily trafficked pedestrian area, you should wear a mask.

by Anonymousreply 30April 17, 2020 7:06 PM

Is it possible the family was gathered at their building site and felt stalked by the bicyclist? If Cuomo was lingering in the lobby of a building or socializing on a crowded section of midtown, it may be a different level of risk and exposure. But it sounds like this bicyclist was looking to engage in some conflict and probably should have left the family alone, or maybe reported the incident to a health authority if he felt they posed a threat of any kind. There is an odd ambiguity about the encounter itself. Celebrities must deal with this a lot. Cuomo’s wife probably tried to get the guy to leave them alone. Newspapers, in particular The NY Post, pick up quickly when celebrities get into conflict with neighbors, like Sean Connery, Alec Baldwin, and others.

by Anonymousreply 31April 17, 2020 7:25 PM

chris and his brother and probably his father all have/had the fiery temper thing in all probablity.....it seems to me somewhat the norm of a chunk of New york/new jersey population.

by Anonymousreply 32April 17, 2020 7:42 PM

I don't think it's clear "fat-tire biker" meant his bike. It may mean the guy was out of shape (i.e. tire belly)

by Anonymousreply 33April 17, 2020 7:57 PM

If this is true, the guy probably wanted to make this public, just in case the Cuomos send the mob after the guy.

LOL!

by Anonymousreply 47April 17, 2020 10:08 PM

I think that's what I'm going to do tomorrow. Ride my bike around my neighborhood and start arguments with neighbors without a mask standing inside their own yard.

Chris Cuomo gets picked on by strangers trying to get a rise out of him but he doesn't have the tolerance to just play it cool or ignore them.

by Anonymousreply 48April 17, 2020 10:11 PM

R48, you don't get it, he is contagious. He left his residence, traveled with his family to another property, probably discussing renovation plans etc who knows...He's sick, should stay the fuck in the basement and not leave his house to spread the virus...

by Anonymousreply 49April 17, 2020 10:14 PM

Oh, are you positive for Coronavirus and supposed to be quarantining too, r48?

Because if you are you, like him, shouldn’t be outside and especially not outside without a mask and with friends.

by Anonymousreply 50April 17, 2020 10:15 PM

[quote] He left his residence, traveled with his family to another property, probably discussing renovation plans etc who knows

And the stupid thing is that he knew he was sick, because he actually HAD the virus.

I read an article about him yesterday that said he felt stupid because he was overconfident about his recovery.

Apparently, if you go 14 days without a fever, then you are "good to go."

After not having a fever for about 10 days, he said that he was sure he was recovered. Then on about day 11 or 12, he had a fever of 100 degrees.

So he knew the "rules" about quarantining himself, and he broke them anyway.

Now THAT is an asshole.

by Anonymousreply 73April 18, 2020 1:18 PM

It’s business as usual in the Hamptons — especially if you’re rich, famous and infected with COVID-19.

Chris Cuomo, who tested positive weeks ago, has turned his prime-time CNN show — broadcast from the basement of his $2.9 million Southampton home — into a freak performance piece: Some nights he attempts to don the wartime mantle of his brother, New York Gov. Andrew; other nights he claims to be a broken man, relaying tales of shivering so hard he chipped a tooth, shedding 13 pounds in days, hallucinating conversations with his dead dad.

Yet Cuomo, like fellow infected Hamptonite and self-important news personality George Stephanopoulos, has decided quarantine cannot and should not contain the likes of him.

As lowly New Yorkers continue to heed Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s orders to stay indoors, at great personal and economic cost, his sick brother decided there was no better time than Easter Sunday to check out undeveloped property he bought in East Hampton.

Again: Undeveloped property. All unnecessary construction is halted. There was literally no reason for Chris Cuomo to be there.

Yet he was infuriated when a nobody — just a 65-year-old man riding his bicycle, maintaining social distance — stopped and called Cuomo out.

“I said to him, ‘Your brother is the coronavirus czar, and you’re not even following his rules — unnecessary travel,’ ” the man, identified only as David, told The Post.

Cuomo’s response?

“Who the hell are you?! I can do what I want!”

No statement better sums up the general attitude and demeanor of the super-wealthy and famous out here in the best of times: I’m somebody. You’re nobody. The rules don’t apply to me.

As I wrote a few weeks ago, this crisis has blown open a formerly taboo topic: class warfare in the Hamptons, the epic divide between the haves and have-nots. The great upside is that locals and civilians no longer bow in the face of celebrity — a currency that only holds its value if both sides prop it up.

“If you know someone’s wife has corona and the wife has been very very sick with it, do you think that the husband should be out at pharmacies picking up prescriptions when the pharmacy delivers and does pick-up? … If your answer is yes than [sic] please tweet GEORGE STEPHANOPOLOUS [sic] to stay the hell home!!!!!!!!!”

That Facebook message, posted last Friday by local author Carrie Doyle, has since been deleted. But Doyle took to Facebook again on Monday, after Stephanopoulos announced he too was infected.

“Thanks for letting me know now that George Stephanopolous [sic] has admitted he tested positive for Corona,” she wrote. “Below is a picture of George trespassing on the Maidstone golf course on Saturday. He was not wearing his mask … SO IS THIS A GOOD GUY OR WHAT?”

After fleeing to her beachfront Hamptons home in late March, Sarah Jessica Parker was photographed grocery shopping, barefaced, twice over four days. Social influencer Arielle Charnas left the city after testing positive, came out here, and refused to self-quarantine — instead posting let-them-eat-cake selfies, including one captioned “Fresh air,” from her new retreat.

Online backlash caused one-time corporate partner Nordstrom to announce they would not be working with her again, and Charnas has since issued an apology.

It may or may not be false remorse, but it’s a stance other infected famous Hamptonites might want to adopt. Especially these overpaid so-called journalists, who clearly missed one of the trade’s basic rules: You are never the story.

Yet here’s George and his wife Ali, posting their covidiocy all over social media, appearing on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and uploading a video of Ali leaving quarantine — from her luxurious bedroom in a gorgeous, wealthy hamlet — as “Survivor” plays in the background.

Meanwhile, millions of newly jobless Americans line up for health care and food banks. Way to read the room.

by Anonymousreply 74April 18, 2020 2:31 PM

Chris Cuomo — whose wife Cristina has since tested positive, and who took to her vanity wellness website Purist to thank Don Lemon and Jeffrey Sachs for doing their grocery shopping — returned to the air right after The Post’s exclusive interview with the man Cuomo called “some loser, jackass, fat-tire biker.”

Did Cuomo mention this blowup? No. Did he mention that the bicyclist has just filed a police report in East Hampton? Nope. And he completely ignored his near-simultaneous meltdown, on radio, over hating his high-paying glamour job at CNN, which isn’t “worth my time.”

Surely CNN can help him out with that.

No: Instead of addressing this highly entertaining, wholly self-generated content, Cuomo went on air to bloviate, lecture and hector. He issued what he surely sees as his nightly Churchillian war cry — “together, as ever, as one.” He stated that “how we get through this … is to suck it up and do what’s hard and do what’s boring.”

Memo to Chris and his ilk: Heal thyself.

Ok, I’m a bit confused and have only fleetingly skimmed this stuff. But when it was announced about a “biker” to me that means motorcyclist and I’m picturing someone along the lines of a Hell’s Angel, the exact type of person I could imagine Cuomo getting into a fight against.

Now it seems that it’s a bicyclist, and kind of a milquetoast guy next store. That’s a bit more disturbing for Cuomo to be fighting with instead. Why was he identified as a biker?

If he’s living with his family he doesn’t have to socially distance from them.

If they traveled from one single family property they own directly to another single family property they own that is empty of other people, they’re within their rights of govt not restricting movement. You cant prevent someone from traveling to their own property unless there are other people there who could get exposed.

If the guy went on Cuomo’s property he’s guilty of trespassing.

If the guy yelled at Cuomo & Cuomo yelled back — so what?

by Anonymousreply 86April 18, 2020 4:10 PM

That guy's bike looks like one of those mountain bikes with motorized assist. I've seen them rented in areas with very steep territory where you'd need an assist getting up steep hills (never tried them though). I don't think there are mountains and/or steep hills in the Hamptons, though, so it's probably ridiculous to have one of these bikes there. I can see why Chris would've made fun of it.

Nobody is saying he should be restricted but here’s some facts: He’s positive. He was quarantined in his basement at home. His wife WAS negative until just recently, so I guess point one of your assessment is incorrect, he should’ve social distanced from his family. If he is out he should be wearing a mask. And it’s the hypocrisy. The more you go out the greater at risk you are of infecting someone else, especially when you KNOW you have it.

I’m confused why one needs a vacation home from one house in a part of the Hampton’s to another house in a different part of the Hamptons, that just comes across as conspicuous consumption? Or, are they perhaps getting a divorce and need houses at least a town apart for the kids to easily be dropped off for their weekends by the nannies?

I’m sure when the Corona story is made into a limited run Lifetime series, this will be Mark Wahlberg’s big dramatic moment in the script as career refurbishment returning actress Felicity Huffman as his wife stands nearby wringing her hands.

R105 He sold his house in Southampton & is probably renting the house in East Hampton until construction is done on the new house. It’s very commonly done as people get richer. A bunch of years ago 4 huge mansions went up on a previously lovely field on my block. One day a landscaper showed up and installed a fuckload of fully grown trees in front of one of the houses that was on a flag lot. My husband is very chatty and when he went on a walk, he asked the landscaper if the house was sold. “Madonna’s moving in. She wants privacy,”

We thought it was a joke. Not only was it not a joke, Madonna was only renting the place while her house in Bridgehampton was being built. I don’t know if she or the house owner a paid for the trees. Lots of houses out here are built/bought by investors who rent the houses. After a dozen or so years, they’ll sell the house for 3x what they paid to have it built. In NY, LLCs are allowed to keep the members secret, so for all you know, you sold your house/condo to Ukrainian hit men. Al houses are built by LLCs these days.

by Anonymousreply 108April 20, 2020 4:46 PM

[quote] Lots of houses out here are built/bought by investors who rent the houses

What I meant was groups of investors. 5-12 people will form an LLC and have shares in the company & all the company does is build, rent $ flip houses. They might invest in 12 houses a year. But it’s not their only business. People like the Kushners have a raft of LLCs they’re invested in. No doubt they invest in houses out here along with oligarchs from Russia, China, Uzbekistan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan. You know the old saying - money makes money.

Cuomo probably bought a pre-built house as his first summer home, made more money, sold his first home for a profit, rented from an LLC in East Hampton & is designing his own house from scratch this time. The cyclist was no doubt a jealous local. All locals are jealous. I’m jealous, but I’m not hateful about it, others are hatefully jealous because they have to work for the rich and they don’t like doing it. Builders/ contract workers hate the rich because the rich will come to the work site, decide they don’t like something and make them tear it down & build something else. Alsom builders/landscaping companies buy stuff & charge it to people they’re doing work for. Some neighbors of mine have two nice gates on different parts of their property. I really liked them and asked where they bought them. Well, they said, their landscaper friend had them “left over” from a job and gave them the gates. Suuuuure they were left over.

I can imagine the convo - backyard BBQ, drinking some beers, smoking a joint. “Yeah, I’d like to put a nice gate over there with some privet & enclose the driveway.”

“No problem man, I’ll get you a gate.”

(Half jokingly) “Really? Cuz I can use another one over there.”

“I’ll get em for you by the end of the summer. I’ll just charge them to some cidiots.”

I hate the 1% but I hate the locals, too. I really wish I didn’t have to live here. It’s not my style. Everybody is crooking all the time. The owners are crooks, the builders are crooks, the workers are crooks. Everybody is crooked out here.

Chris Cuomo described as a ‘cry baby’ and an ‘a–hole’ on the basketball court

Chris Cuomo — who had a verbal altercation with what he described as a “jackass, loser, fat-tire biker” last week — brought his famous temper to the basketball courts at New York’s most high-end gym years ago.

A source, who used to play hoops with the CNN anchor at the Reebok Club (now Equinox) at 67th Street and Columbus, tells Page Six Cuomo was known by fellow players to be a “tool,” “jerk,” “cry baby” and an “a - - hole.”

The source told us, “He is a pretty good player, and athletic. So it was ridiculous what a baby he was. You don’t usually see that behavior from really good players. His go-to reaction was some variation of ‘do you want to fight?’ for even minor basketball plays.”

Adding, “I would have gladly fought him … But if you swung at someone at the club, you were automatically kicked out.”

The

source says this was 10-20 years ago. “It’s been a long time, but it was memorable.” Cuomo, who tested positive for the coronavirus, said on his SiriusXM show last week that he was confronted by a “loser biker” when he was on his own property with his family. “I don’t want some jackass, loser, fat-tire biker being able to pull over and get in my space and talk bulls–t to me, I don’t want to hear it,” he said.

He also regretted his job as a high-profile anchor prevents him from getting into fights. “That matters to me more than making millions of dollars a year … I want to be able to tell you to go to hell, to shut your mouth.”

The East Hampton biker told The Post he thinks Cuomo is a “bully.”

Over the summer, Cuomo flew into a rage on Shelter Island when a man called him “Fredo,” in reference to Fredo Corleone, the ineffective son of Vito Corleone in “The Godfather.”

“Don’t f - - king insult me like that,” Cuomo said during the interaction caught on video.

“You call me ‘Fredo,’ it’s like I call you punk bitch.” And he fumed, “I’ll f–king throw you down these stairs like a f–king punk … take a f– king swing! I’ll f–king wreck your s– t.”

Chris Cuomo’s coronavirus performance shows he is an insecure blowhard

Not since Lazarus has the world heard of such an unbelievable rise.

On Monday, CNN posted video of pseudo-newsman Chris Cuomo “finally” emerging from self-quarantine in his Southampton basement — despite Cuomo having been out and about in East Hampton just last week, getting into a fight with a “jackass loser fat-tire biker” who dared to ask why an infected Cuomo was breaking quarantine. Without a face mask.

“Who the hell are you?” Cuomo replied. “I can do what I want.”

Yes: If we’ve learned anything about Chris Cuomo these past three weeks, it’s that he’s an insecure, self-important, entitled blowhard who suffers in the shadow of his much more accomplished and respected brother, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Chris’ ratings must be something, though, because CNN just debased itself by posting and broadcasting this video, Chris in sweatpants and a hoodie, at the bottom of his basement stairs, declaring, “All right, here it is — the official re-entry from the basement.”

If anything screams coastal liberal elite media bubble, it’s CNN’s decision to air this latest piece of performance art from Chris Cuomo. He and Brian Williams should take it on the road.

“Cleared by CDC,” he goes on — no, not by a mere doctor for our Chris, but the nation’s health protection agency, clearly plenty of free time on its hands. Then he wipes his brow with an open palm as he oh-so-casually announces “a little sweaty — just worked out, it happens.”

See? He’s still a tough guy, despite those nightly freak-outs from his well-appointed, million-dollar basement in the Hamptons.

“This is what I’ve been dreaming of, literally, for weeks,” Chris goes on, a regular Anne Frank of coronavirus. Then he greets his clearly overjoyed family — his wife, speaking for us all as she puts her arms out and leans way back as if to say, STAY AWAY. His children look on expressionless, but who knows how many takes of this totally spontaneous, non-reunion reunion they’ve had to endure? They’re not SAG members.

Even Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN’s in-house medical expert, has had enough of Chris Cuomo’s coronavirus chronicles. Doing yeoman’s work as Chris’ split-screen counterpart lo these many weeks, Gupta’s face contorted as Chris announced his next on-air narrative: He may be cured, but the family now has lots of trauma to process.

So that’s something to look forward to.

At the end of his homemade video, Cuomo’s wife hands him a face mask. “This is for when we go outside,” Cuomo intones. “That’s what we have to do now, all of us in New York.”

Sure, Chris. You made it clear last week: You’ll do what you want, say what serves you.

And CNN will back this fake, childish nonsense all the way.

[quote] visiting her second home on two separate weekends with family, even though they socially distanced from others. Such travel is illegal in the UK right now. She had to accept a warning from police.

Cuomo was already at his second home and there are no legal travel bans on Long Island. My husband & I have to go to different towns to get groceries & supplies. Our stores are supermarkets are pretty bare after everyone came here from the city to their second homes & went grocery shopping.

My husband traveled to work at his office over an hour away every day until his best friend (who works in a hospital) got the virus. Then he decided to stop seeing patients in person. The next day they issued a statement that anyone who could work from home should stay at home

A few days ago though, we traveled an hour and 1/2 to his office so he could pick up his mail and so I could pick up items I ordered at Home Depot. Home Depot inexplicably would not ship the items to me. There were about 20 people waiting on line 6 ff apart to get into the store. About half of us wore masks. The flooring and paint depts had traffic cones around them (but my local hardware store stayed open and we bought paint)

I went to a Target in a well populated area to grab some cat food & see if I could get a thermometer or acetaminophen. The parking lot was about 1/2 full. There were about 70 people inside shopping. Employees wore masks, about 1/3 of customers did. Everyone stayed more than a cart length away from each other & people slowly filed down aisles at least 6 ft from each other in one direction.

I saw plenty of cars on the Long Island expressway. We traveled home at @ 5pm & the usual road-strangling rush hour did not take place, but there were was traffic. We passed plenty of police cars along the way who weren’t bothering to stop anyone.

So Cuomo wasn’t breaking any law. For all I know, I could have coronavirus & so could everyone else who was out shopping. But maintaining distance, wearing masks & using disinfection on all carts is working as our numbers peaked and continue to go down. I carry disinfection towelettes with me everywhere and used them. In fact, I was able to pick up Clorox wipes in the travel section of Target. But I could not get acetaminophen or a thermometer.

My husband picks up dinner every night from a local restaurant. We want them to be able to keep their businesses. Some restaurants let people come in & pick up if they’re wearing masks (I don’t know if they ban non mask wearing people, since we always wear masks outside the house) some restaurant workers come outside in mask & gloves and hand the order over in a bag.

by Anonymousreply 139April 21, 2020 9:01 PM

R139, nobody said or even implied he broke a law. What we’re dragging him for is his arrogance in thinking it’s ok for him to go out and to another property, with an unknown woman, his kids and his wife (who, by the way, is now positive).

[quote] For all I know, I could have coronavirus & so could everyone else who was out shopping

Exactly. But the difference is he KNOWS he has it. No question on whether or not. He is supposed to be quarantined until he’s symptom free for two weeks.

They are loving the attention. That is obvious.

by Anonymousreply 180April 24, 2020 1:22 PM

Easily provoked, this one.

Sometimes those hate-fucks are really hot.

by Anonymousreply 181April 24, 2020 1:34 PM

Aren't those types often anti vaxxers, R171?

by Anonymousreply 182April 24, 2020 1:40 PM

Oh HELL yes r182. It's one of their obsessions. Again, their information comes from crackpots on Youtube and Facebook and they believe it like gospel.

by Anonymousreply 183April 24, 2020 1:58 PM

I wonder why though, R183. If these women are wealthy enough to afford all these crackpot treatments, like Cuomo's wife, you'd think that they have at least some education. Why are they so gullible?

by Anonymousreply 184April 24, 2020 2:26 PM

[quote]What a drama queen attention whore. He films himself coming out of his basement for an "official" end to his quarantine (not counting all the times he snuck out to "do whatever he wants").

Yet, they failed to show Chris Cuomo out and about fighting with seniors on bikes.

by Anonymousreply 185April 24, 2020 3:38 PM

R177 why even bother to make that blind? They might as well have put his fingerprints on there.

Is that site reliable or is it another CDAN?

bleach burns...what a dumb cunt. they are perfect for each other...Guess Andrew is the one with the brains in the family.

Jeeze!

I'd lick his hole. Women don't know how to do it. They just lick the air and maybe the cheeks.

You gotta get your tongue in the hole and not be shy to do the job right.

Yesterday, for the first time (not a NYer), I listened to an interview of Andrew Cuomo. He has more of a NY accent than Chris. He sounded more intelligent and more in control of himself. Also was really good at communicating. One of the topics was McConnell's idea for states to go bankrupt. He (AC) didn't go nuts, called it one of the most dumb ideas (or something like that).

I may change my mind about Andrew Cuomo later, but that was my first impression after hearing him answer questions at length.

I think Chris is jealous / envious of Andrew.

by Anonymousreply 192April 24, 2020 4:49 PM

[quote]R16 They're probably trying to get him to hit someone, so they can sue him. And/or get him fired.

Exactly what they did to Our Chris.

Andrew couldn't get by on his looks, he had to cultivate his mind and use his intelligence. Chris was the pretty one who didn't have to work that hard because he caught a lot of breaks due to his looks.

R184, I know a verrrry wealthy woman who went to Harvard (she really did) and she’s an anti-vaxxer. Her older child is a teen and got himself vaccinated without her knowledge (this I can’t confirm). She is losing her everloving MIND with this pandemic, too.

No, they write mostly about past/current events and act like they got a scoop. It's a lot of right-wing nuttery, too, though probably a bit less than CDAN.

The incident happened last August.

by Anonymousreply 197April 24, 2020 11:42 PM

Sorry I much prefer the way Cuomo calls out Trump and all the idiots in charge vs Anderson and some of these others trying to point things out while stammering. Chris just calls shit out as we see it aggressively but smartly. He does it much better than anyone else right now.

But lol you have to look at his wife’s 600 or so likes per pic to about 12,000 now — her PR bullshit is really working for her. I guess she wanted in on the Cuomo attention.

I agree Anderson isn't the greatest, but I think Don Lemon's critiques of Trump are less melodramatic than Cuomo's.

What are you talking about?

Instead of apologizing I guess you could’ve just, oh, I don’t know, read the fucking thread?!

by Anonymousreply 202April 25, 2020 1:43 PM

R202, please, oh, I don’t know, FUCK OFF?!

by Anonymousreply 203April 25, 2020 3:10 PM

He got a haircut and it looks great!

by Anonymousreply 204April 29, 2020 1:02 AM

I prefer his usual curly mop.

by Anonymousreply 205April 29, 2020 1:07 AM

I wonder how he got a haircut with all the barbers closed.

Hmmmm.

Good for me, not for thee.

by Anonymousreply 206April 29, 2020 11:14 AM

He said his wife cut it.

by Anonymousreply 207April 29, 2020 11:29 AM

But he didn’t mean his hair.

Not after he gave her Coronavirus!
