I used to work with a guy who “adjusted” himself frequently in front of other people - in the office kitchen, while having a conversation, at meetings and training sessions, etc. The women in the office finally had enough and asked the boss to have a private conversation with him to get him to stop. He was a very nice, country bumpkin sort who probably was used to doing this on the farm without anyone caring. The boss talked to him and it stopped.
