She sounds just fine - the quality of her singing voice and her looks/face are certainly in better shape than Madonna's.

Her range is gone. Sometimes she didn’t even attempt the high notes. The same thing has happened to me as I’ve gotten older. The range just doesn’t come as easily as it once did.

R3 Gratuitous Madonna slam from a bitter fan of another diva who canceled her album only to see Dua Lipa scoring huge hits. Yeah, STFU.
Debbie really never had much of a voice to begin with though I preferred her over Tiffany or Janet or Stacy Q or Paula from the small voiced diva set.
