Being a realtor does not require a college degree. This is why you have so many ex-prostitutes and porn stars in this line of work. You have all types of characters in the profession.
If they are bright and self motivated, the future is unlimited. People like a handsome stud telling them how wonderful their property is. I was in NYC real estate for 15 years and was able to graduate law school while working. I miss those days.
