An aside: I want to throw Augustus Prew over my sofa and and violate his ass six ways to Sunday.

Its light, the movie just doesn't have much to say.

Clearly for Mike Doyle the goal was to have a movie that is about two gay males navigating the troubles of an adult relationship, which you don't see much. Even gay cinema is generally about getting together and not staying together.

But when it ends you are just like, okay, guess that's it. And it isn't funny or entertaining enough to get away with feeling that light IMO.

It was fine, worse ways to spend 90 minutes.

I'll get back to it. I turned it off after less than 30 minutes because Auggie as an Instagram influencer (or was he an actor?) I just couldn't get into it.

At first I assumed actor r6, but the character is just meant to be a famous social media influencer.

Mike Doyle is so hot (or was, I haven't seen him lately). Saw him naked on stage years ago. That alone made it one of the best nights at the theater ever.

What's the point of renting it for $6.99 when you can buy it for $9.99 - less than the cost of going to movie theater.
