I am familiar with Pepsi and Coca Cola, however I am not familiar with the soda pop called "Ecstasy."

Ecstasy/MDMA as long as it's pure. Coke is always cut with a bunch of shit. X is cleaner high and not as addictive as coke. Plus you don't have to worry about visible coke residue on your nostrils, and a constant runny nose. The "comedown" from X is not quite as bad as coke either, but both will still leave you feeling like shit afterwards.

No one calls it ecstasy, that's an old term. It is molly or mdma.

They both bring you "up", but coke makes you wired and, as the person upthread said, "fiendish." In other words, you keep wanting more and more while you are running your mouth about grandiose nonsense bullshit like in the song "Big Shot" by Billy Joel. The next day usually involves guilt, embarrassment and regret. Plus it's hard as fuck to come down from and sleep when you are SO ready to. MDMA or Molly (ecstasy) is more relaxed. And makes you feel very romantic and sensual and lovey dovey. Fantastic sex, unlike coke which interferes with erections and ejaculations. And then after having great sex, you can fall asleep with no problem. They both fuck with your emotions though, so beware of that. Use only as directed and NOT all the time. The experience will be ruined if you do it too often.

Coke’s a pretty unethical drug to do, and here in Australia it’s extremely uneconomical at over $200USD for a gram of crap. I’m glad this pandemic is giving my brain a break from alcohol and ecstasy, even if I’m losing braincells by reading threads like this all day

I've never done coke so I'd pick Ecstasy for sure. I've only done it a couple of times but it's really really enjoyable. Whereas coke never appealed to me (I've had it offered and turned it down) as no one ever seems like they are having fun on it. Sex while high off your fucking tits on Ecstasy is awesome.

R10 - bear in mind that Ecstasy can also interfere with erections and ejaculations. The times I did it, I also took viagra because the guy I was with said it can be difficult to maintain erections while on it (and you end up fucking for hours) so I didn't struggle with that, but it definitely was difficult to cum. Very different and not comparable. Coke is a brief blip of a high - usually followed by a craving for more. More of a Friday night out party extended. Ecstasy is a multi-hour pseudo-psychedelic experience from which you need 2 days to recover but which doesn’t leave you craving more. Vodka vs absinthe.

MDMA is FAR, far better - but you will be obvious when you are on it. and it isn't a good look if you are attempting to be discrete. It should appear as tiny crystals that you swallow orally. Coke (everyone knows what that one looks like and how to snort it) is more social and better for parties, large groups, etc. Cocaine is no fun to take alone, while Molly is great to use when dosing solo, with both you and a fuck buddy or even with a small group where everyone is participating. During the 90's, rave clubs were all the rage and a lot of fun when the entire club was rolling along with you - but those no longer really exist these days. I have never had wood problems on either - but with Molly I get horny/hard on the "come down" but not before (in other words - maybe 1.5 hours after you start feeling the drug). Coke is is pretty much horny the whole time but lasts a much shorter duration (each line might last you 30 minutes tops) and then you just want more and more until the night ends and you find yourself irritable and unable to sleep. Most users drink a ton of alcohol in tandem with blow and end up with a raging hangover the next day. I would never drink on Molly as it negates some of the euphoria and also can lead to dehydration which can be dangerous. Hydration is a very important consideration when using either of the two actually. Pepsi (blow/cocaine) can tax your heart if you don't know when to stop or how to use it in moderation. Taking any drug is not a great idea, but given the choice between the two I would go with MDMA .

How would you rate ecstasy compared to a pot edible? I've been really into edibles for the past year or two. They make me feel really creative, productive, thoughtful, sensual, and in touch with my body. Sex has been great on them. I was scared I'd be a couch potato and eat everything in sight, but it's been quite the opposite. I know every drug has a different effect on every individual, but what do you think ecstasy would do to me?

I've done a lot of coke in my day and MDMA once, so take this with a grain of salt.

They are both uppers, but in my experience the high is quite different. With coke, I felt like the smartest, best-looking, sexiest guy in the room. My confidence increased five-fold. It's like a feeling of narcissistic euphoria. It also allows you to drink endlessly without feeling or appearing drunk, and (in my case) also makes you want to chain smoke. But it also transforms you into someone fiendish and selfish and the high starts to wear off within thirty mins. The night consists of many trips to the bathroom.

I remember starting to feel anxiety even when I still had a little coke left because I was anticipating the comedown. I remember the high wore off once mid-sentence. It was that abrupt. And the coke comedown is awful. The body high lasts longer than the head high and you just lay in bed awake and extremely depressed for hours. The depression is almost indescribable.

In the words of an eldergay trying to get me to stop that shit: "Coke will eat you alive."

I did MDMA alone. If coke induces euphoria, MDMA induces bliss. Everything in the world seems better, beautiful, sublime. I listened to music; each song was the most beautiful song I'd ever heard. I know a lot of people have sex on MDMA, but I had no interest: I could not fathom feeling any better than I already did just sitting on the couch. And it's hard to describe, but you do "roll" when you're on it. When I finally went to bed I couldn't sleep. But unlike coke, the MDMA head high lasted a long time. I laid in bed, awake, and felt the happiest I've ever felt in my life.

Regular coke use made me irritable and depressed when I wasn't using. In the end it wasn't worth it.

Can't speak for regular MDMA use, but if I had to choose one to do again (it's been 10 years since I did either), I would pick MDMA hands down.

I did prescription mdma in 80s. Haven't seen it's equal on the street yet. And yes, I'm active. The qualudes were better in the 70s because they existed. I don't know about coke. Never was my thing.

I will give you this good weed is easier to find. What used to take an Uber connection to acquire is now sold over the counter.

In my day and time (90s/Europe), coke was for insecure people and it made them act like assholes. Clubs with lots of people on coke were no fun.

Clubbing with people on E was amazing.

Diet Coke, it is more addicting than crack.
