That's your opinion and I completely respect that point of view. I would even agree, depending on the specific movie, but I've seen her really shine in a number of flicks. But I just really like her so my bias clouds my judgement. She does more than one movie a year. One performance can be typical Nicole while another might show her really get into a role. In the early 90s I was a realtor in Greenwich Village and downtown neighborhoods, and would sometimes sell a condo unit in the American Felt Building on East 13th Street.
