This virus can wipe out senior communities and it can make younger people extremely uncomfortable, and leave them with permanent lung damage.

A business owner who wants people to come in and work out, is managing shit for themselves, rather than their community. They cannot guarantee immunity, due to disinfectant wipes and Lysol.
