My definition of Martial Law is as follows: 1) Military style uniforms and armed with automatic weaponry. 2) Curfews which we're already starting to see. 3) Control of the media - not such an easy job anymore. 4) Soldiers posted in strange areas like supermarkets, WalMart etc.

Those are the clearest indicators i know that we'd be under martial law.
