Interviewing him. She's politely hammering him.
Rachel Maddow is going after Bernie live
by Anonymous | reply 37 | March 5, 2020 9:33 PM |
She is indeed. She’s challenging him respectfully. Even he is calm and not screaming and waggling his old bones in her face.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | March 5, 2020 1:47 AM |
Her face is like one large throbbing cuntflap.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | March 5, 2020 1:48 AM |
Berniebro or Russiabot at R2?
by Anonymous | reply 3 | March 5, 2020 1:50 AM |
I don't care for Bernie, but I don't care what that cunt Rachel does anymore.
Ever since her despicable treatment of Mayor Pete, it's become clear how much that show is just a testament to her own ego.
Every time Rachel and Nicolle Wallace are on a panel together, Nicolle eats her lunch. It's because Rachel is not a journalist, she has no sources on the inside (which Nicolle and Andrea Mitchell and even Lawrence O'Donnell do and Chris Matthews did), and now that the New York Times' journalists are barred from appearing on her show, 90% of the time, it's just her bloviating and self-indulging. She gets these big interviews and never, ever breaks news.

Yasssssssss
by Anonymous | reply 5 | March 5, 2020 1:52 AM |
Rachel was one of the biggest reasons the Russia nonsense got so big. She’s a mentally ill conspiracy theorist who shouldn’t be anywhere near a position of informing the public about anything.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | March 5, 2020 1:53 AM |
Correct
by Anonymous | reply 7 | March 5, 2020 1:55 AM |
I love Rachel Maddow, everyone else can fuck the hell off.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | March 5, 2020 1:57 AM |
Her journalism degree is from where?
by Anonymous | reply 9 | March 5, 2020 1:58 AM |
Her ass
by Anonymous | reply 10 | March 5, 2020 1:58 AM |
That was a pretty good interview actually. Sanders came off as well as he could. I was happy to hear him say that if Biden has the most delegates going into the convention then he thinks he should be the nominee.
Rachel is publicly pleading with the Biden campaign for an interview. She just said they’ve ignored her all campaign season Biden campaign knows Biden could never handle an hour with Rachel.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend
by Anonymous | reply 12 | March 5, 2020 2:02 AM |
She must do a lot of Adderall to be so relentlessly, stridently annoying.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | March 5, 2020 2:04 AM |
"She earned a degree in public policy at Stanford in 1994. At graduation, she was awarded the John Gardner Fellowship. She was the recipient of a Rhodes Scholarship and began her postgraduate study in 1995 at Lincoln College, Oxford. She had also been awarded a Marshall Scholarship the same year but turned it down in favor of the Rhodes. This made her the first open lesbian to win an international Rhodes Scholarship.[a][24] In 2001, she earned a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in politics at the University of Oxford. Her thesis is titled HIV/AIDS and Health Care Reform in British and American Prisons."
Doctor Maddow has an impressive CV.
But her begging to interview Joe, after she shit on Pete and did mercy interviews for other white guys shows how poor her interview decisions have been. She needs to interview Elizabeth into the grave. She needs to interview Kirsten Gillibrand till the cows come home. She couls turn Amy into a cohost. I would not be surprised if Biden waited till he clinched the nomination before giving her an interview.
She seriously offers no advantage to the Biden campaign.
Poor Madcow can go fishing for a while.

R4, what does any of that have to do with Maddow hammering Sanders?
by Anonymous | reply 15 | March 5, 2020 2:30 AM |
Can you hate her like a man?
When you talk about hating Piers Morgan you don't talk about his face looking like a ball sack or a chode penis.
Hate her like you would a man.

R16 = humorless lesbian
by Anonymous | reply 17 | March 5, 2020 2:40 AM |
r15, at the end of the Sanders interview, Rachel invested significant capital in wanting to interview Biden. r11 saw that. I was commenting on that.
r14.

I do, R16.

It was interesting to see how Rachel took a ton of time off last summer, but as soon as Nicolle Wallace's ratings (and star) began seriously rising and she started getting regular mainstage anchoring assignments, Ms. Maddow has been in that chair every night of the week.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | March 5, 2020 3:22 AM |
Oh, brother, R20. No relation to the thread's topic.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | March 5, 2020 4:31 AM |
LOVE how Rachel challenged him. You can see Sanders getting pissed off when she hammered on how he's not expanding his base either to black voters or middle aged and older voters.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | March 5, 2020 4:53 AM |
And she said one of his wins was "statistically insignificant."
BERN!!!
by Anonymous | reply 23 | March 5, 2020 4:57 AM |
Did she point out to Sanders that he has been been grousing about socialism for 60 years and he is yet to expand that base? The problem is not socialism. The problem is Sanders.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | March 5, 2020 5:00 AM |
did Bernie Bros torch her on twitter yet for not shining Sanders' shoes and instead daring to ask tough questions?
by Anonymous | reply 25 | March 5, 2020 5:02 AM |
[quote]Rachel is publicly pleading with the Biden campaign for an interview. She just said they’ve ignored her all campaign season Biden campaign knows Biden could never handle an hour with Rachel.
Maybe because Rachel has been in the tank for Warren all primary season?
Also why can't NYT reporters appear on her show anymore? I
by Anonymous | reply 26 | March 5, 2020 5:05 AM |
Bernie is always this irritating loser hanging on at the edges and squawking.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | March 5, 2020 5:17 AM |
uh oh just checked twitter and a lot of verified media people were commenting on this interview. Most seem to agree Sanders didn't come off too great at various points
by Anonymous | reply 28 | March 5, 2020 5:18 AM |
What are they saying, R28?
by Anonymous | reply 29 | March 5, 2020 5:22 AM |
I thought she was respectful and he was not always honest. He needs to be a Senator.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | March 5, 2020 5:37 AM |
Rachel Maddow, interviewing Bernie tonight, asked him about her brilliant idea for a Biden/Bernie unity ticket... Lol
by Anonymous | reply 31 | March 5, 2020 6:02 AM |
[quote] He needs to be a Senator.
He needs to be a retiree. He needs to be in his home office writing socialist polemic for the party. His actual party.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | March 5, 2020 12:19 PM |
R20 What a weird post. Do you think if Nicolle Wallace weren’t thriving on MSNBC, Maddow never would have returned from vacation?
by Anonymous | reply 33 | March 5, 2020 12:22 PM |
Maddow is a super star on MSNBC. Her ratings are up, and she gets huge interviews. I don't don't think she has anything to worry about. Neither does Nichole Wallace. They both bring greatness to MSNBC in their own ways.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | March 5, 2020 2:38 PM |
R34= Simp
by Anonymous | reply 35 | March 5, 2020 2:39 PM |
Maddow is the biggest ratings draw on MSNBC. Sorry, Rachel haters, but that's a fact. She doesn't have anything to worry about, from Wallace or anyone else there.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | March 5, 2020 3:54 PM |
She the most talented and competent journalist on TV- and smart as they come. She cornered him beautifully and collegially. (By the way, I thought she was fine with Pete- and Bernie for that matter.) He will essentially not seek or work with those who do not agree with him 100%. That is why he has been such a mediocre Senator (no major bills and only a few insignificant minor). He will not work with people. His way or the highway. That's why he should not be President. Of course he would be vastly better than Trump. He is a decent man and most of his progressive policies are on target. But he will have no success with anything if he does not lead the entire party and help keep the House and turn the Senate. Bernie only campaigns for Bernie.
