This pooping isn't at all new. They were doing it on the streets in 1997 when I lived there for the summer. The public pooping and peeing was one of the reasons I decided not to move there permanently.

I lived in SF in the 80's and the only area with people pooping on sidewalks was the Tenderloin. And I lived in the Mission.

Now it is common throughout many areas of the city.

The winter weather in SF is cold and chill. LA and Southern California is much less so. Now that we've covered the remedial explanation, does anybody know if the homeless population does migrate following better weather or are the services/tolerance in SF so preferable they stay all year?
