For me, Glee, easily. It was the most fun to watch and something I can rewatch and enjoy greatly years later.
I feel the same way about Popular and still hate that they did not end the show properly.

I have a hard time counting ACS OJ or Versace since he wasn't actually a writer for those shows.

Feud was by far my favorite of all his shows.
The first season of Scream Queens(at least the first half of the season) was the best series he's ever done. It's a cult classic. Unfortunately, the last few episodes were weak, and the entire second season was an abomination.

ACS: The Assassination of Gianni Versace and Feud: Bette and Joan were both excellent. I still haven't seen ACS: OJ Simpson but I have heard that it's great. I have no appetite for AHS.

It's a repeated statement but true. The first 13 episodes of Glee were magic. There is a reason it became a phenomenon. But the show quickly became the thing it was originally parodying.
But yes I'd put the first 13 as some of the most brilliant stuff he has done.

Call me crazy, but I like The New Normal.
Popular, Glee, Nip/Tuck, AHS, Scream Queens, Feud, etc. are great, too.
