When I quit drinking I went through an unpleasant phase of constipation. Luckily I eat salad every day and I'm pretty regular now.

There is no normal. I worked for a surgeon who told patients it could be three times a day or once every three days - "everyone's different."

Used to be 1X per day in the morning before my shower.

Now, I routinely have what I call, "the second coming" where I'll drop deuce #2 abut an hour after the first.
