Whenever I see pics like these of Yasmine, it makes me think that people like her and, yes, Sally Struthers, must have really starved themselves to help them look like they did back then. I know cocaine and other drugs probably helped too, but they were really fighting the battles of the bulge. All those salads and no ice cream must have been torture if you weren't naturally thin.

I have a friend who’s a restaurant manager at the New Town Super Buffet in Burbank. It’s primarily American Chinese food and all you can eat. He says Yasmine in there every Wednesday and eats for 90 minutes straight. She usually solo but sometimes has a friend join. I guess eating your feelings is better than drugging them.

I was expecting those pics to be hideous and... they're not. Yes, she's fat but she looks happy, not a joker face as someone said above, and her face... still looks like her face. In fact, she doesn't look like she's aged much at all considering her troubles and being in her early 50s.

I honestly think if Yasmine lost some weight, got a new agent, she probably could get some gigs again. A comeback story would probably work in her favour. But based on those pics, it looks like she really is done with Hollywood. Sometimes it's not worth it.
